I have never written about holidays in reviews, but this time I want to warn people - cancel your reservation to this particular hotel and look for something else, and if you are looking for it, don't even consider this squalor.
I rested there with my wife from July 15 to July 23.2021. Came with Tour Operator TUE. We have been in Turkey more than 10 times, so there is something to compare with.
At the reception, the boy immediately asked for 30 bucks for a room with a sea view. I just gave it without bargaining, for which I got a room on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the sea, mountains and the city. This is the only thing that was great about this room. The hotel is positioning itself after a complete renovation in 2021. Yes, they did a renovation, however they forgot to clean the rooms after the renovation. Chandeliers, cornices are all stained with whitewash, no one thought to clean the floor after whitewashing. Entering the room and seeing complete dirt everywhere, I went down and asked to clean the room, to which I was asked to move to a "better room" on the 2nd floor. We moved our things to another room, it had a direct view of the sea. since we were tired from the move, we saw clean floors and decided to stay.

In the end, we didn't guess. After dinner and swimming in the pool, when I came to my room, I took out water from the refrigerator (which had stood there for more than 2 hours) and was surprised that it warmed up there. Split stood at 16 degrees - but due to the lack of freon drove the air 30 degrees of heat. At night, the noise from the road, which is located 15 meters from the balcony, pleased us, and at 5 in the morning we were eventually finished off by the call of the faithful to the morning prayer from the mosque (150 meters from the hotel). At the same time, with my 100 kg of weight, I simply could not squeeze into the shower stall. In the morning we moved to the room that we were originally offered, spitting on the dirt, since it somehow remained assigned to us in the hotel's computer database. We were lucky, there was air conditioning and a refrigerator cooled some drinks. The room was still cleaned for us on the 3rd day, after the intervention of a representative of the tour operator. It was 1 time for 9 days and 8 nights.
Nutrition.
The food is very scarce and poor. I don’t want to write that he wasn’t there at all, no one sat hungry. From meat products - there was only chicken, once a day for dinner.
For breakfast, you could take boiled eggs, a bun or a bagel (if you had time), yogurt, 4-6 types of cheese, chopped sausage (I think soy), baked and fresh vegetables.
For lunch, mashed soup, soy cutlets, delicious salads of baked eggplant, zucchini, 2 types of side dishes, fresh vegetables, herbs, salads and always fish (it was always very disgusting and bony like local sardines, once there was something like river trout - very tasty). Wonderful fruits are watermelons, melon, apples and plums.
For dinner, all visitors to the hotel rushed with joy to eat MEAT - or rather chicken. They cooked it deliciously. Once they gave chicken stomachs mixed in mashed potatoes - it was delicious. The rest was saved by vegetables and fruits.
For dessert, they gave 2 types of cake (if I had time), cakes and something like jelly. Due to the lack of Turkish baklava, cakes from the people left with a bang. It was just a delicious, juicy biscuit.
Everything you could eat was delicious. The chefs apparently tried very hard, but the lack of food affected the quality and variety of food for the worse.
THE DRINKS. Probably this hotel will remain in the memory of all visitors due to the constant lack of anything in the bars.

On the day of arrival at the bar (he was alone in the hotel near the pool) there was vodka, gin (ended on day 2), beer and wine. The wine is as always very dry and very sour, vodka and gin are warm. There is no ice in the bar. There was almost always beer (once in the evening at 7 o'clock, it also ended). Whiskey one of the bartenders (similar to the genie from Aladdin) somehow, apparently by the breadth of his soul, poured me 3 times in 8 days from somewhere below with the words that this is the last and it is no more. The second bartender asked me when there would be whiskey - he answered that next season. Only beer and wine were served in the dining room. There is no hard alcohol in the cafeteria.
There is a bar on the beach, but it is very paid. Free of charge on the beach you can draw water from the cooler, coffee from the machine and cold drinks of 4 types and dry mixes (such as (UPI, INVITE, etc. ) with a very unpleasant chemical smell and taste.
The bar in the hotel should work until 23.00 according to the schedule, in fact the bartender closed and left when it was convenient for him at 21.00, 22.00 in general at any time.
I would like to point out the good points
Zafir was an outlet in the hotel and a person who could offer something, occupy people, set them in an optimistic mood. Many thanks to the guy, he did not let me get bored. Only in a nightclub we went with him 3 times in a clean 7 days. He organized free traffic to the Millionaire club.

Great staff at the spa. Many thanks to Oksana for her hospitality. Excellent massage therapists work in the spa. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. These are the only people who conscientiously treat their duties.
The amazing gentle and clean sea, air, clean sandy beach, wonderful views from the balcony at any time of the day and a liter Jack Daniels bought at Antalya Airport Duty Free made us turn a blind eye to all the shortcomings of this impossibly wretched hotel and the administration’s complete disrespect for its visitors.
