Lord! I'm not picky, I've been to a lot of places and seen things, but when buying not the cheapest option, I counted on some quality! First of all, it's DIRTY! in the pool, the water stinks of no bleach, the tables are dirty, the beach is dirty and VERY small for such a hotel (everything that was written about people who take sunbeds at 6-00 is true! ). Secondly, what is called in this the hotel "air conditioner" is just ventilation, which is horribly buzzing and does not cool anything, the control panel is located on the wall and has 3 modes of operation, but the difference is only in the noise, it does not get cooler! Thirdly, room cleaning was limited to changing towels and taking out the trash can! About the catering department, this is finally a separate topic, what is proudly called "RESTAURANT", IN REALLY THE USSR DINING ROOM! The windows are dirty, the filthy curtains hang like rags, there is no ventilation, the food stinks disgustingly! Well, it is clear that our compatriots ate all the most edible in the first 30 minutes, then only vegetables and side dishes remained. There is simply NO late dinner, stated in the announcement! The playground consists of a swing and a slide, it is located in the bushes, well, for kids up to three years old, it’s still suitable. And one more of the most important - THERE IS STEALING! THEY STEAL FROM THE SAFE, because it does not have a combination lock, but simply locks with a key, a duplicate from the servants !! ! 500 bucks was stolen from our friend and no one was worried about it, neither the manager, nor the hotel guide, everyone shrugged, they say, well, what can you do now... ! Separate greetings to the hotel guide Aslan from Aneks-tour, it’s even hamlo! Aslan is very happy to sell you excursions, but your problems do not interest him! to my question why such dirty dishes in the "RESTAURANT" (AND IT IS REALLY DIRTY!! ! mugs are not washed from coffee inside, plates, forks, knives are greasy and stained, there are traces of lipstick on the glasses, and this is not something that I would like a couple of once you get it, it’s just you standing and choosing the dishes cleaner! ) So Aslan simply answered me indignantly that he didn’t wash the dishes, why am I telling him this! I tried to reason that he was here to ensure the comfort and safety of the guests, but Aslan said that he simply did not want to talk to me!
Of course, there are pluses, but there are not so many of them: the location is convenient, the first coastline, and through the Avsalar Bazaar crossing, at least you can pass the time in the evenings. And of all the servants, the bartenders turned out to be decent, neat, without psychos, always smiling. My advice to you, if you want to spend a really interesting, comfortable stay, choose another hotel (I know from my own experience that there are much better options in the same price category)!! !
