I stayed in this hotel for about 36 hours, actually went through 7 circles of hell: food is something between homeless bags and a pigsty (everything stinks of sour meat, cats walk on tables in a supposedly restaurant) in the evening, a man and two children were taken by an ambulance to a local leper colony; water it was salty from the tap, there was no hot at all; both pools did not work, substances of unknown origin and representatives of the local fauna floated in one of them, kilograms were thrown into the second chlorine tablets; all-inclusive drinks were never delivered (then they met those living there, they told that they are still waiting for a drink), in general, to describe the beauties for a very long time and "colorfully", after leaving we called each other scourges from "lenna"! beware!!!!! !

It was my first time in Turkey and it turned out that I ended up in this hotel. after that, I was left with a not very pleasant impression of this country. Salt water came out of the tap, the cleaning lady came only once, the bed linen was never changed, food was impossible, I had to spend money in the nearest cafe.

Since 2005, despite the constant change of names, NOTHING has changed for the better in the hotel: water still flows in the wrong place; fruit is still in short supply in summer (although watermelons and melons appeared); drinking water may run out; dirty tablecloths; the rooms are not cleaned; there are not enough clean towels; animator - below all criticism.

Well, this is so, an emotional introduction for those who read the reviews superficially and not to the end. I did the same at one time and lost my vacation.
Firstly, the village itself where the hotel is located (wow, I barely raised my hand to write the word "hotel") - this is a nondescript, uncomfortable, dirty little place. The beach is littered. You can break your legs on rocks. There is almost nowhere to play.
Second, the hotel itself. Oooooh...This is a song...A kind of concentration camp for tourists...Listen here. The process of settling is terrible and long. Everyone is constantly coming back to demand another room and the queue stretches indefinitely (if you did not come alone). And in general, a lot of people around, uncomfortable. It has 5 floors and none of the two elevators work. It was painful to watch overweight or elderly people crawling up to the upper floors.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room, the furniture was shabby, the TV with a split body, apparently fell on the floor. In the shower room everything is rusty and in some kind of lime. The tap water is salty and barely warm. Switches/sockets broken. The door to the balcony does not close. Fortunately, the condo worked, otherwise - death. Some guy cleaned the rooms. Despite the tip - very detached, in the shower did not touch anything even once. Towels are not changed, and if they are changed, they bring almost the same as you gave them. It seems that they change them between numbers. The bed was not changed. In the courtyard of the hotel, around the pool, in the dining room - ants. Lot. Feeding is not poison, but very scarce. Highly. Queues for food as in besieged Leningrad. Well, at least they gave me a watermelon. It is categorically NOT allowed to drink anything in the bar, except for beer, because it is from kegs. Everything else they bring in some used bottles from the back room. And it is not clear what it is.
Either they call it gin, or vodka, but in reality it’s all the same, a rare poison. The animation is tolerable compared to the rest, let's leave it. The pool is nothing like that, at least there is a slide. Since the beach is terrible, the pool is a good replacement for it. That's it. Briefly. The hotel is terrible. We arrived at the hotel at about 10.00 local time and found out that check-in to the rooms begins only at 14.00. My daughter and I had to wait in the heat for 4 hours until we were given the key to the room. My daughter became ill, she almost fainted. When we finally got into the room, we saw not at all the rosy picture that the representative of the Company described to us, but such unsanitary conditions that are difficult to describe in words: the handle with the lock on the door of the room was kept; the door of the room was dirty, all slammed with greasy hands; - the floors in the room were dirty with black stains; shower cubicle, sink, faucets, soap dishes, the walls of the bathroom in the room were covered with rust, fungal growths and some kind of green slime; while bathing, muddy water with hair and other dirt rose from the drain of the shower cabin and splashed over the sides of the cabin onto the floor, so not only had to bathe in shoes, but at the same time hold the child in your arms; a piece of a rusty pipe was sticking out of the toilet bowl, later they explained to us that it was a disaster; a dirty piece of rope was tied to the tank to flush the toilet; the walls of the room were dirty with footprints, as if they had been walked on; - it was impossible to close the doors of the wardrobe for clothes, they barely held on, it was scary to touch them, I was afraid that they would fall out, there was a huge layer of dust on the shelves, so we had to store all the clothes in a bag on the floor; - there were no towels in the room; bed linen may not have been washed at all, because when I woke up in the morning after sleeping on this linen, I was all covered with a red rash, which did not go away until I was transferred to another hotel.

When I returned to the room and undressed to change, a man and a woman entered the room without knocking, told me not to pay attention to them, that they were cleaning here and forgot their T-shirts. After that, the hotel staff repeatedly tumbled into the room without knocking.
In addition, the LENNA BEACH HOTEL3 * + is not 50 meters from the sea, but, in my opinion, about 500 meters.
There is no bar on the beach at all, there is only a cooler in which either there is no water, or no glasses.
