Полное разочарование от отеля(((( Complete disappointment with the hotel

The purpose of the trip was to swim in the sea and relax... but it turned out quite the opposite. I can’t say anything about the annex tour, we met, brought, the buses are good, the air conditioners work, the guides are smiling. Now about Eve....they settled into the room right away, but it was frankly dirty, hair everywhere, dirty linen, wires sticking out instead of a TV (number 1012.1014), the refrigerator door does not close. Running to the sea with the whole family, and there is HORROR!!!! ! There is NO entry into the sea, plates, barrels, and even tires, "bull-calves" in the sand, sun loungers are dirty. Three of my children DID NOT BATH in the sea, but my husband and I just climbed, THIS IS A DISAPPOINTMENT..... I’ll tell you about food, who doesn’t like meat and fish, this is their hotel....a lot of vegetables, herbs, cheese. From sweet jam, honey. The problem is in drinks, only cola, sprite, fanta local spill, beer smells like rubber. By the way, in a bar on the sea they serve disgusting hamburgers, DO NOT EAT. Animation is also not at all, the same thing for children 30 minutes only in the evening. The pools are clean, they pleased, and they cleaned our room every day, without reminders. The reception is really a barn with flooded sofas.
