I’ll tell you about food, who doesn’t like meat and fish, this is their hotel....a lot of vegetables, herbs, cheese. From sweet jam, honey. The problem is in drinks, only cola, sprite, fanta local spill, beer smells like rubber. By the way, in a bar on the sea they serve disgusting hamburgers, DO NOT EAT. Animation is also not at all, the same thing for children 30 minutes only in the evening. The pools are clean, they pleased, and they cleaned our room every day, without reminders. When we entered the room, we were simply shocked. Dirty bed, dirty towels scattered, someone's old shoes in the trash. We demanded to be cleaned, a dissatisfied cleaning lady came and removed the larger one. The room does not match the description. Old Soviet number. Whitewash was falling on my head, there was mold in my shower, the door to the toilet opened with a crazy creak, and the entrance to the room was constantly stuck. Instead of a TV, there was a niche with bare wires on the wall, next to it, on two nightstands (one on one), stood a small square TV set. The room is small, they didn’t even ask for a crib, because there was simply nowhere to put it. There was no refrigerator in the room, we asked the staff for it during the day, until in the evening at the reception I said that without a refrigerator we would lose baby food. There were always problems with water (there is hot, but not cold). Cleaned on request (took out the trash and wiped the floor). There is a plus - a room on the first floor (this is important for me with children) and a close pool with a slide (when my daughter slept during the day, you can watch your son in the pool right from the room). Now about food. I must say right away that there is nothing to feed a small child. It’s good that I took everything (cereals, juices, purees) with me. The food is monotonous, you will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure either. Often there was no wine, from drinks water, cola, fanta, sprite (constantly diluted). The plates are dirty (out of five clean one). Now about the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to it. Leaving the room, you need to overcome a bunch of stairs with a stroller in your hands to get to the beach. There are sun loungers and umbrellas, BUT there is no entrance to the sea, stones and slabs are everywhere, you can break your legs. There is nothing to do with children on such a beach. Of the pluses in the hotel: swimming pools with slides (the son simply adored them) and the animators did a great job. From animation for children only mini-disco in the evening 30 minutes. We will not visit this hotel again. I don't recommend it for families with children. . If you have the opportunity to change the hotel - be sure to change.

The next day I wrote a complaint to the hotel guide with a request to move me and my children to another hotel. There was a guide Stanislav - all four days of our subsequent stay in this hotel, he pretended to be working on complaints, of which there was a whole pile with mine. So Anekstur did not relocate us anywhere, although I have a six-year-old disabled son and an eight-year-old daughter. During this time, other tour operators moved their tourists to other hotels, but not Anekstur. Corel travel took its tourists five buses from this hotel. But Anekstur spits on his customers!!! ! Lunch was about the same as breakfast, though they also brought pasta, coffee and sweets were out of the question!! ! We have not seen such horror anywhere! And the most important thing that struck this hotel was the work of the guide Stanislav . From the very morning he promised to move us to another hotel, he pretended that he was dealing with this issue. So we sat in the hotel lobby with Stanislav until 4 pm without resolving our request. During all this time, almost all visitors wrote more than one complaint, people staged a rally, demanded a meeting with the owner of the hotel or a representative from the Anex tour, filmed videos about what was happening in hotels. And when my patience ran out, I demanded from Stanislav that he connected me directly with Anekstur, assured him that he would not go home until we were moved to another hotel. Surprisingly, he dialed the number and I was able to talk to an employee of Anekstura! After listening to me, she did not hesitate to offer me relocation for an additional fee!! ! Can you imagine our state of hearing! We chose this hotel on the Anekstura website, where they described what should be in a standard room, but we didn’t find anything out of the 4 proposed rooms, which begs the question - why did we pay them 920 dollars for 9 nights ! ? Then I had to do things differently! I explained that I had a complaint in my hands, written in duplicate and endorsed by the hotel administration, a video filmed about what was happening in the hotel and the conversation was recorded on the phone, and only then I was convinced that my request would be resolved within an hour !! ! Less than ten minutes later, Stanislav announced that he had moved to another hotel, only asked not to disclose it. This is how we spent 2 days on vacation, though they moved us to a chic hotel, for which - thank you !! !
