I have stayed at La Mer Delta Alara 3 times - everything was fine. In June 2011, I decided to go there for the fourth time with a company to celebrate my and my friend's birthday. We booked a restaurant. Nothing was organized for us, nothing was prepared. Only after I began to find out why we were treated like that, they began to pretend that they were serving. The service was like in the worst eateries. From this incident left a negative impression of the hotel.
