Great hotel! All services (accommodation, meals, etc. ) at a high level! Friendly staff, small well-kept area! There is an underground passage to your beach. where there are sunbeds and cafes. The Internet is present almost throughout, not just in one place, as in many five-star hotels (and it's free! ). Wonderful and reverent attitude to guests from Ukraine and disabled people!.

ONE Frustrated, EVERY TIME COMING TO EAT, THERE ARE LESS SEATS THAN PEOPLE IN THE HOTEL.
People had to stand with full plates and wait for a table to be vacated.
The Wi-Fi is great at the hotel. It picks up everywhere and has a good connection. Therefore, vacationers after the meal were in no hurry to leave their places.
I can’t say anything about the cleaning. We arrived in the room when the floor was being cleaned, so we were cleaned once. Good and high quality, we didn’t leave anything.
Upon arrival, since our flight was delayed, there were no available rooms, we were provided with a family room for one night, in the morning after breakfast we were moved to a standard room. In the evening, from the hotel, on the table, when we entered the room, there was a bottle of champagne and fruit.
The incident at the restaurant spoiled our mood. We took olives in a bag and waited a bit to eat with wine on the beach, since the bar is paid there. But, the administrator ran in and demanded to lay out everything from the backpack, because eat up here, you can’t endure anything)))))) there’s no such circus and humiliation was in no hotel for all our travels.
But, our vacation went on a positive note ??????????? ? We met a wonderful married couple from Tomsk ???? . We traveled a lot around Alanya together, talked, shared experiences about other countries and dreams. ? ???????????
When leaving the hotel, the administration presented us with a perfume with the hotel logo. Very nice))))))))
For ourselves, we decided that it doesn’t matter which hotel, it’s important what is outside of it.
And there is paradise. Beauty, Air, Sun, Sea and of course ?????? ? love))))))

I can confirm my words with photographs, until I uploaded it from the camera. The mattresses are also worn out. The mood immediately dropped. The suitcase could not be disassembled, only the essentials were taken out. The next day, they waited again until! 4 o'clock, offered a room, looked and refused, again the same. Again, we were waiting for the promised very good number. Finally settled in, in the building where the reception is 2404, a free room that could accommodate three, overlooking the sea and the fortress, but the road and for lovers of night silence would not be very comfortable to sleep. Entering the sea is not very convenient, you need not make a mistake, as you can get on the rocks. A wave overtook pebbles and it turned out something in the form of a step, you can enter, but not everyone succeeded in getting out of the sea, and even with a wave. The sea was stormy for almost two weeks, so I had to go to someone else's pier and swim from it. Now about the food: no frills, as in some, but you will not stay hungry. For tea and coffee and other dishes (at dinner) I had to walk around the area near the pool, there is also a bar. The restaurant, if you can call it that, is not very comfortable, then a draft, then it blows from the air conditioner. Salads were probably made from vegetables that were left over from dinner. We did not take such, but we did not hear about cases of poisoning. Fruit was enough for us. Bottled water was put in the refrigerator 2 times, they said that it was over, I had to pour it from the cooler. Now about the staff: all Russian speakers and other languages too. Polite, patient - thank you for that. You can walk to the center of Alanya, or take bus 1 or 101, which stop at the hotel, the fare is 1 dollar. There is a security guard at the entrance to the hotel. My opinion: does not correspond to 4 *. Inconvenient entry into the sea. Seen and better in every way. I'll add a photo.

And very reasonable rules. Somewhere I heard indignation that wine is poured into plastic in bars near the pools, it seems to be unaesthetic. So apparently no one is concerned about dusting at all. - towels in the bathroom under your feet have never been changed in 10 days (for the experiment, one especially dirty one even put on the floor - zero emotions) - soluble juices from powders - terrible muck - but mostly children drank them! We didn’t allow our daughter to drink them, and she didn’t want to, she said that it was tasteless, she drank water. - for some reason, boiling water was drained from coolers and coffee machines at night. That is, at night you could drink cola, powdered juice, cold water, but no tea! I did not understand the meaning of this ban. Why can't I have a cup of tea after 21.00? - there is practically no animation. . . from 20.30 to 21.00 - children's disco. . . In fact, all 10 days it was the same 3 or 4 songs in German, it seems, the language, to which the children danced and danced. . . Then 1 competition and dancing for adults - for another 30-40 minutes and that's it. . . During the day, no one worked or played with the children. . . There is a children's room with pencils, paints and a designer, but the animator girl does not speak Russian and one of the parents should still sit and draw with the child. The reception staff is German and English speaking (well, they also speak Turkish, of course). On the first day, there was a girl at the reception who spoke Russian, but on the remaining 9 days, whenever I came up with a question, there was always "not her shift. " But on the fingers and, at the very least, English, it was possible to learn everything you needed. In general, the impression was positive from the hotel, and from the staff, and from Alanya.
