We got to the hotel quite early, there was a night flight and St. Petersburg. Check-in from 2 pm, but we had to wait a long time and they offered a family room for one night, there were no others, as it turned out because of the VIM AVIA company, there were failures and everyone heard about it. Number of two rooms, one entrance and we ended up with two girls from Kyiv. I have never met such "killed" rooms, considering that it is still 4 *: the shower did not work, the water flowed a little, but cold. The bathroom is tiny (to enter in front and exit backwards), and if on the toilet, bend a little awkwardly, then face into the sink)))). TV antediluvian. I can confirm my words with photographs, until I uploaded it from the camera. The mattresses are also worn out. The mood immediately dropped. The suitcase could not be disassembled, only the essentials were taken out. The next day, they waited again until! 4 o'clock, offered a room, looked and refused, again the same. Again, we were waiting for the promised very good number. Finally settled in, in the building where the reception is 2404, a free room that could accommodate three, overlooking the sea and the fortress, but the road and for lovers of night silence would not be very comfortable to sleep. The view is beautiful, especially in the evening. The hotel is quite old, but everything worked, the water from the tap and the shower flowed normally. Cleaning leaves much to be desired. Linen was changed when I contacted reception or left S. Liquid soap was in a container on the wall by the sink and in the shower. The TV is just terrible, an old lamp with a stained screen, it was not washed, and besides, 1 Russian channel, which suddenly switched to German. We didn’t particularly look, but we would like to find out what we would like to see in Russia. Now about the beach. From the territory of the hotel through the underground passage, close, but the sunbeds without mattresses, a lot of cracked, umbrellas are also not AH, we had to stick ourselves into the sand every morning so that it would not blow away. It's not a woman's business. . . The strip from the sun loungers to the sea is TERRIBLY dirty, it seems that this no-man's strip is never cleaned. Bar on the beach: coffee machine and tea bags, which were in limited supply. There is a changing room, a toilet, a shower and a sand faucet for washing feet. Entering the sea is not very convenient, you need not make a mistake, as you can get on the rocks. A wave overtook pebbles and it turned out something in the form of a step, you can enter, but not everyone succeeded in getting out of the sea, and even with a wave. The sea was stormy for almost two weeks, so I had to go to someone else's pier and swim from it. Now about the food: no frills, as in some, but you will not stay hungry. For tea and coffee and other dishes (at dinner) I had to walk around the area near the pool, there is also a bar. The restaurant, if you can call it that, is not very comfortable, then a draft, then it blows from the air conditioner. Salads were probably made from vegetables that were left over from dinner. We did not take such, but we did not hear about cases of poisoning. Fruit was enough for us. Bottled water was put in the refrigerator 2 times, they said that it was over, I had to pour it from the cooler. Now about the staff: all Russian speakers and other languages ​ ​ too. Polite, patient - thank you for that. You can walk to the center of Alanya, or take bus 1 or 101, which stop at the hotel, the fare is 1 dollar. There is a security guard at the entrance to the hotel. My opinion: does not correspond to 4 *. Inconvenient entry into the sea. Seen and better in every way. I'll add a photo.
