I am one of those who read reviews when choosing a hotel and the reviews for 2019 were good (((So I decided to go to this hotel... I'll start with the check-in: we arrived at 12 at night, at the reception no one speaks Russian, they don't smile, negative immediately from the entrance (you are not welcome here... ) The day was paid, but there was no dinner in the room, not even free water. The room is very small, just a box, for two (me and a child). sand, you don’t look like without slippers, the bathroom is also not ideal, only clean towels and linen made me happy every other day. The food is not bad, you won’t stay hungry, there is always a choice, but the staff is very unfriendly, no one ever smiles, in general there is no positive and it’s annoying they don’t understand any problems and questions that have arisen, although they communicated through an interpreter (they don’t even have the desire to deal with the problem in their hotel) The beach is small and there are not enough sunbeds for everyone (there are no towels on the beach and by the pool! ) beach in a small bay, there are no waves (this is for those who likes to dive into the waves). Now about the good: the animation is not bad, especially in the evening, the children are busy and they have fun! Thanks to the animation team for this, the only thing that pleased in the concept of the hotel! And yes, the guys are always friendly! There is also a hammam on site and this is the only wonderful place in the hotel! I definitely recommend visiting it! Very nice, attentive staff! Experts in their field! They speak Russian very well and listen to your desires! You are sure to enjoy! (I’ll even say more, they helped resolve the problems that arose at the hotel, translated, otherwise nothing was solved! Responsive and pleasant people) When leaving the hotel, they don’t give any lunch boxes.
My conclusion is that the hotel falls short of 4 * (there is something to compare with)!
