So,
- arrival, departure, transfer. Everything was acceptable, except for the return flight: the flight was moved six hours ahead, they were supposed to fly back at six in the evening, respectively, they arrived at midnight.
- reception. very polite staff, at least they understand Russian, as much as they can explain it. They try to resolve any issue in favor of the client.
- room. It turned out to be smaller than in the advertising photo.
My room was 1410, next to the technical room of the staff, the door to which, when opened and closed by hotel workers, rumbled from early morning until evening. In general, with regard to soundproofing, it simply does not exist in the hotel. And if the door to the balcony (namely, the balcony, measuring 1.5 by 1.5 m) can still be closed and not listen to intrusive animation 3 times a week in the evenings and violent walkers at night in the courtyard and neighboring rooms of the hotel, then any sounds from the hall on the floor are heard like this as if their source is practically in the room. The room itself has a decent bathroom and appliances, everything was in order, it worked flawlessly. Cleaning is daily, but the bed linen was several times with flaws such as holes or stains. When contacted, they change everything without talking. I did not understand the regularity of changing linen and towels. Two days before departure, the maid never appeared in the room at all.
Bath accessories, tea, coffee are reported if you constantly remind))) But to be honest, it was annoying (((And by the way, there is one elevator to the floor, which is used by both hotel guests and maids during the day, transporting carts with used linen in it and towels, periodically had to go up and down on foot when the elevator was occupied by staff. The elevator serves 4 floors, guests walked to the fifth from the fourth.
Two fat pluses of the room and the hotel: 1) drinking bottled water. Every day, the maid left 1-2 one and a half cups of decent-tasting drinking water, and at the reception, upon request, they always gave additional water in the right amount. 2) good Wi-Fi in the room and on the territory of the hotel, there was also a Wi-Fi on the beach, but I did not use it.
- food. Monotonous, for three stars it would be fine, but definitely not for a four. In any case, there was always something to eat. There is no children's table at all, they don't know how to cook porridge there.
Not so good with soups either. But a lot is cooked from meat and poultry, sometimes fish. Anything with meat is delicious.
- beach. walk decently, 1.20 min. Minibuses run from the hotel back and forth several times a day. The beach is clean, sandy, in shallow water, stone slabs are sometimes felt at the bottom. A big and fat minus on the beach is the local service. The water in the beach shower was ice cold. But what was even worse was that one local beach worker, a peasant, looking after the order and a waiter in one person, constantly patrolled along the sunbeds, very intrusively offered paid drinks in the "aggressive marketing" style and inadequately abruptly pulled back sunbathers, if they were at least a little moved the beds from the established place. It was very, very stressful. This is the first time I have come across such a service.
The sea itself was wonderful, most of the time it was clean, there were always enough sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas, everything was in sufficient quantity, but this waiter guard was just a complete boor and the embodiment of anti-advertising for the hotel.
- optional. I noticed a lot of people coughing on the territory of the hotel, then I myself got sick with something similar to a mixture of a common cold and a rotavirus infection. On insurance from the reception, she called to call a doctor, but after talking with the operator, she changed her mind. It turned out that according to my insurance, the doctor does not come to the hotel, but a car arrives, takes the patient for examination to the clinic and brings it back, but if they call a second time, then you will have to go back at your own expense. Neither what is the cost of the trip, nor where will it be necessary to return, the representative of the insurance medical company did not answer me so clearly. In short, I self-medicated for reasons that you never know what, but this moment, I think, is very serious.
It was also the first time I encountered this one.
Summary. Not bad for the first time, but I realized for the future that it is necessary to more carefully clarify the details with tourists who have already traveled, namely, what they didn’t like. And these are not nit-picking, but important information that can help you choose not a pig in a poke, but a really decent option, comparing all the pros and cons.
Walking to the sea is inconvenient. Children are dangerous. The road is not very straight and with frequent crossings of the carriageway.
There are almost no pedestrians. Local carriers simply do not let through. Even when they see you on the road, they simply do not slow down.
Walk 25 minutes.
Yes, there is a shuttle bus to the beach. But the schedule is very inconvenient and only in a short period of time. I have never been able to get into it.
The city center, where all the action is, is also not close. There isn't much to buy there. Very perishing arrogant things. The main thing is to attach a bigger label.
That's not how brands sew. At least look at the catalogs. Bought a belt and sandals. Everything.
Even magnets. Everything is as if they did it for Kirkorov and Zverev. But they didn’t take it.
With grocery stores - it is not clear. Two-thirds of them have no price tags. On nothing. They have not been forgotten. They simply don't exist.
What to do? To bargain? I can bargain for a thing. But not because of a kilo of tangerine and a piece of sausage.
Do prices never change and the seller remembers everything? Perplexity.
Beach.
The beach is sandy. Entrance to the sea on the plates. At 10 meters from the shore it is already deep. There are gaps between the plates. Sometimes when you come out of the sea and you get hit by a wave
the leg goes in. It might not end well.
There are many sun loungers, but almost all of them are occupied by prudent Russians, who put towels there in the morning.
A bartender walks along the beach and checks that they do not drink their own. Only available from the bar.
Feed.
Well, that's it. This is first. Usually they feed like this in the Turkish troika (and the four is declared). On the street, as before, nothing is prepared separately.
No barbecue, no fish, no pancakes and scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Secondly - queues in two rows along the entire length of the canteen.
You can't take it yourself. Only on issue - covid. Therefore, so.
But, even having obtained the treasured two tails of mackerel, this does not mean that you will eat. There are no places.
The dining room itself is small. Some tables are placed around the pool. And on the second floor terrace. Second, Carl!
And here you are, having defended this line and received food, running around with this plate like a squirrel from the Ice Age, trying to find a place to eat it.
They ate mostly in cafes. You can find good places there.
There is a grandmother who sits in the shade and cooks cakes. But no one approached me with her. Usually there is a queue, but here - no one. At 3/4 of the Russian hotel.
Only local staffs sit nearby. Strange, I thought. Did not try.
Room and cleaning.
For an additional 30 bucks, we were placed in a large family room in a non-main building.
The room is really big and nice. Plumbing could be newer, but not critical.
Windows and a balcony overlooked a residential building, tangerines grew under the balcony.
Cleaned well and quite often. But they don't make swans out of towels. Although a tip was left.
The animation is great too. Especially the man with the flamethrower in his mouth.
If you want to iron a thing, then they will not give you an iron. You can hand over the item to the reception and they will iron it. For a dollar. Then they will return. But it is not exactly ))
And yes, if they call your room the day before departure and say that your transfer has already left - do not grab your heart, this is a transfer to some factory.
General impression.
Chose this hotel after reading positive reviews.
I wanted a city hotel, not to lie on the beach and by the pool all day long, but to have somewhere to go.
In general - it happened. A city hotel with its typical disadvantages - far from the beach, the area is small.
But close to the city center and there is where to go. We went on excursions around Alanya - by boat, by jeep, by cable car up the mountain, were in a cave. Oh cool.
At first, there was an idea to go to Cappadocia, Pamukkale or Antalya to the aquarium. But it hurts too far and traffic jams. And buses often break down. Two times out of two.
What was especially disappointing was the food and the difficulties associated with it. They are surmountable. But it is difficult to call overcoming difficulties three times a day rest.
The road to the long-awaited sea exhausted us pretty much and most of all I was afraid that at the hotel reception we would not be settled immediately or asked to wait, because the room was not ready or they would give a bad number and we would have to find out something (unfortunately, this often happens). I was mentally prepared for everything. But to our surprise and happiness, we were settled in 5 minutes, while giving a chic bright room. We booked a standard, and they gave us a family room with a living room and a bedroom with one large bed and one single bed, as well as a large balcony, and right next to the balcony we have an orange tree ??? ? a room on the quiet side of the hotel, where there were few vacationers. Everything in the room is in good condition, clean and modern, furniture with closers. Of course, if you wish, you can always find something to complain about, but why, if everything is wonderful! Everything in the bathroom also works properly, the shower is tightly closed with glass curtains, which is very important, because otherwise water can flow onto the floor and this increases the humidity in the room and an unpleasant smell may appear. Every day the bar is replenished with a 1.5 liter bottle of water for each guest. Hygiene products were also replenished as needed. We were always cleaned when we posted a sign asking for cleaning, so we had no problems with cleaning.
2. The territory of the hotel is small, but you need to understand this when you go to a city hotel. The territory is green and well-groomed, two swimming pools one for adults and one for children, 1.5 meters deep with a slide. We didn’t swim in the pools, because. we think it makes no sense to swim in fresh water if there is a wonderful little sea nearby, sometimes we only sunbathed on sunbeds under an umbrella. Then everything is as usual: the sunbeds are good, they are washed and disinfected every day, there was enough for everyone, tables, umbrellas, excellent staff service. There is even a small playground for the kids. I was also very pleased with the separate bins: for plastic, glass, metal and other waste. WiFi in the hotel is quite good, I caught it throughout the hotel and in the room.
3. The food at the hotel is delicious, European. There is always one soup (by the way, soups are also very tasty), chicken or turkey, beef, fish, stewed vegetables, potatoes (french fries, wedges or mashed potatoes), pasta, rice, bulugur as a side dish. There was always a lot of fresh vegetables and herbs, cheeses, vegetable and Turkish salads and pickled vegetables. Among the fruits there is also a good choice: there has always been a watermelon and a melon, grapes of various types, plums, apples, peaches, pears, and for the sweet tooth and cakes, and cakes are also in stock. Breakfast is good: eggs, toast, scrambled eggs, pancakes, breakfast cereals, vegetables, fruits. Alcohol is included - local, the choice is large, in principle everyone will find something to their liking, I will note good beer : ) the highlight of the hotel, in our opinion, is a woman who bakes simply amazing Turkish cakes. It's just a mesmerizing sight to watch how she does it, and the taste cannot be compared with anything, the thinnest dough and the most delicious filling of cheese with herbs, potatoes or meat with herbs and tomatoes, or even a sweet chocolate filling. We will remember these cakes forever. From 4 to 6, the hotel organizes a coffee break with fruits and sweets by the pool. But we mostly skipped it, because it's simply impossible to eat so much : )
4. Sea and beach
The sea is beautiful, turquoise, very, very salty, and for me this is a big plus, because it is very useful for the skin. Regarding the plates in the sea, which Alanya is known for, on Klepatra the plates are covered with sand, so the entry into the water is sandy, by the end of the rest the sand washed out a little and the plates were exposed, but on this beach they are not sharp, but gentle, but you still need to be careful when entering sea. Also this year the sea presented us with an unusual attraction - waves! I have never seen such big waves near the shore, we rode them, but for those who can’t swim (like me : )) at first it may seem scary, but then you get used to it and it turns out to be a lot of fun. The beach is sandy, the hotel has its own territory rented on the beach, sunbeds (good, not dirty and they are also washed and dried every evening) and umbrellas, everything is free, there is also free WiFi, I didn’t catch it very well, but in principle write something in messengers enough. The hotel also gave out beach towels for free, you use them throughout the rest for free, if you want to replace them with a clean one, then the replacement at the reception is only 5 lire. The beach bar is paid, you can not bring your own food and drinks to the beach. Although we took water and sometimes fruit with us, no one said anything. The road to the sea took us 10-15 minutes on foot, it was possible to take a shuttle organized by the hotel, but we wanted to walk everywhere, so we did not go. But in any case, this must be taken into account if you choose a hotel not on the first line.
In general, Kleopatra Ramira Hotel is a wonderful hotel, but its employees make it even more remarkable - wonderful people, professionals in their field, thanks to whom our vacation was a 100% success. The entire staff of the hotel, like bees, are trying tirelessly for the benefit of the rest of their guests all day long, is it very nice??? ? We would like to express our deepest gratitude to absolutely every member of the staff for our wonderful stay. This is exactly the case when the reality has surpassed all our expectations. Many thanks to Zeynep, a nice PR officer of the hotel, who speaks excellent Russian, always asks how things are and how the rest is, prompts or gives advice if there is a question or problem, also to the head of the restaurant Kadir (Chef Kadir Chaglar) for his work and very attentive attitude, for excellent German and for advice on Alanya, thanks to which we not only managed to see the best in Alanya in a short time, but also managed to go fishing and enjoy the wild views of Alanya. A huge thank you to Sukru for the excellent service and attention to us, and for the way you always tried to perfectly arrange our lunches and dinners for us, and for the way you decorated our last evening, this will be remembered forever. Many thanks to the waiters, bartenders, chefs and each individual employee for your work, indifference, for your openness and always positive attitude. In Turkey, in Alanya, we are resting not for the first time and there is something to compare with. But the Ramira hotel is somewhat different. Everything was perfect for us from the very first moment.
We will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family : )
You need to walk a little to the beach, but I already knew this before I booked this hotel.
1. Location - leaves much to be desired, to the sea 25min, 15 - if you are a healthy adult without children, you will walk at a brisk pace. There is a shuttle, but after lunch you will have to take a taxi or walk, because. the shuttle runs from 13.00 to 14.30 – the logic of such a schedule is not clear to me, because everywhere and everywhere advise from 12-15 is indoors or shade. I confirm the previous reviews on the occupancy of the shuttle - it's a horror, there are much more people who want to leave than the possibilities of this minibus, there is no air conditioning.
2. The food is generally not bad, the fruits are frustrating - their abundance, but plums, peaches, cherries, melons are constantly unripe and it is impossible to eat them - as in the situation with the shuttle schedule: there is, but there is no sense.
3. Room cleaning - I got the impression that they come to check the availability of tips, well, they will also fold the bedspread on the bed. Soap and shampoo were not replenished at all, only after an ironic question to Marina, and then on the second day, a miracle happened and we got the cherished hygiene products). There will be no declared daily replenishment of drinking water 1.5l 2pcs, if there is at least one open or closed bottle in the room, one will be added to you. Life hack - hide water in a closet, suitcase or somewhere else and then you will get what is supposed to be a priori.
4. Animation - consider it too, the hotel is boring, one evening it was very interesting, but for half an hour, and then they didn’t even turn on the music. There is nothing to do in the evening, going out for a walk is not an option, because. The hotel is located among residential buildings and there is nothing to see.
5. The territory is very small.
I also advise you - having bought a ticket to this hotel, confirm the reservation in advance, because. reading reviews, the case when they bought a tour to Ramira, but brought it to another hotel, is not isolated (I read it when I myself encountered the same problem).
We were initially quietly brought to Hell (the level is much worse) and only after contacting the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Turkey, after 3 days of torment and spent nerves, we were nevertheless moved to Ramira. At my request at the reception to provide a document whether there was a reservation in Ramira and from what date, they refused me, citing the fact that the operator (we flew through Teztur) brings guests to the hotel and they don’t want to spoil relations with him, i. e. the fact that the rights of the guest have been violated does not bother them and does not care.
In general, the impressions about the rest in this hotel are normal, but for this money you can relax much better.
