Rested with a family (2 adults, 2 children), if you can even call it a vacation! The hotel is far from the airport, we drove for almost four hours, dropped off the last ones, but it was not the worst thing... We were settled in building C, which was far from the main building. To eat, swim in the pool, you had to go to the main building, which was a twenty-minute walk, through several streets, which is very inconvenient with children !! ! The building itself, in which we were settled, is disgusting: no bar, no water, no food, no conditions for normal living, dirt everywhere, stained towels, curtains with holes, broken furniture. When buying this tour, it was not said that we would live far from all the entertainment that was paid for, and the hotel was presented to us as a four-star hotel, which in fact is far from being the case. We wrote a claim on the spot, called the hotline, the tour operator... in general, everyone who could, with the requirements to relocate us to a normal building, which was promised when buying the tour. As a result, they moved only on the third day with a surcharge !! ! Almost all the vacationers of this hotel wrote some kind of claim, they all had different ones, but they were !! ! People sat with tears in their eyes! I do not advise you to contact this hotel and its employees - they are rude, they behave disgustingly! For five days they never cleaned the room!! ! You have to practically beg for food, if you come up with two plates - they start to resent, you had to stand in line for food with small children, because otherwise they will give a portion only for one person. HOLIDAY WAS COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED!! ! BEFORE CHOOSE THIS HOTEL, THINK 100 TIMES! IT IS BETTER TO STAY AT HOME THAN TO PAY MONEY AND SLEEP IN THE "GASTON", in other words, it's hard to name this place!! !
