We want to leave our best recommendations to the beautiful Kaila Beach Hotel in Alanya. This was our first trip to Turkey, but thanks to the hospitality and overall positive impressions, it will definitely not be the last!
The most beautiful location of the hotel (3 km from Alanya), stunning clear sea, pleasant hotel in general, 2 pools on both sides of the hotel (one with slides for children), clean and protected beach (across the road through the tunnel), delicious and varied food ( fruits, sweets, meat, vegetables, fish - everything is difficult to try).
Separate bar on the beach with drinks, and for lunch, french fries and hamburgers. In the evening - ice cream. Wi-fi worked well on the beach, by the pool, and also in the lobby, not always in the room. Cleaning - daily.
We were very lucky with the room - it was with a sea view (room 1522). One could find fault with the room itself, but there was no time to look for flaws, and we came to the sea, and not sit in the rooms and take pictures of plumbing. Overall it was clean and comfortable. Left valuables in the room - no one stole anything. We always had enough sun loungers on the beach, by the pool too. A historical tour of the city is a must - a lot of impressions! Alanya is a very picturesque city!
They settled us very quickly, although the check-in was from 14.00, we were already in the room at 11.00. There are no complaints about the work of the staff at the reception, as, in principle, to all hotel employees. Everyone tried, although the work is not easy.
We want to sing a separate ode to the hammam we loved and all its staff, where we loved to go twice a day and where we felt like a sultan! Three baths and an indoor pool (free access), a series of therapeutic and relaxing massages, clay face masks, delicious pomegranate tea and Turkish coffee! Rejuvenated by 10 years after these procedures! Many thanks to our magic masseurs - handsome Aras and miniature Gul! Guys, you are great fellows! Thank you all very much!
In the evening, for our 6 days, concerts were held three times, we were even lucky to win a silver chain in the lottery. On the last day, we checked out at 12.00, left our things in the storage room and went to the beach, pool, dining room until departure at 17.30
I read a lot of bad reviews about the hotel and sincerely I don’t understand where people get such negative impressions from ? ! Maybe we are in Turkey for the first time, but before that we rested in Italy and the situation with the sea and beaches in Turkey is even better. Although whoever looks for shit will always find it! We went beyond the sea, the sun and new impressions, we wanted to forget from the quarantine that bothered everyone - and we got everything in full!
