We rested at the Justiniano Club Park Conti hotel (Alanya, Okudzhalar) from July 17 to August 6.2006 with my wife and a 3-year-old child. A ticket was taken in Tyumen for one and a half terms (21 days), they paid 4.6 thousand dollars for a ticket, which is quite a lot for a vacation in Turkey, so the expectations were appropriate.

I note right away that at the hotel we met a married couple with a 4-year-old child from Murmansk, who also rested for 21 days during our period. So, their ticket (departure from Moscow) cost 2.8 thousand dollars. For such a price, you can (and even need) not pay attention to all the disadvantages listed below.

Impressions were mixed, but everything is in order. This is the third time we have been in Turkey, before that we went to 4-star hotels of the defne system (defne star, defne garden) in Side, in which, in principle, I liked everything, so I don’t consider myself particularly picky.

1. Transfer. It was necessary to take a private transfer and that's why. Our travel agency in Turkey was Cattour, met without excesses, carried to the minibus.
Soon another couple came up to the bus and then we got the good news that we were waiting for another family. We waited for them for 40 minutes, which, after a four-hour flight by plane and waiting in the wild heat, was not very comfortable, especially for our child. And when this family appeared, it turned out that they were walking on duty free!! ! Idiocy!
It took 2.5 hours to get to the hotel from the airport in Antalya with a check-in at one hotel. They brought us to the hotel, the guide filled out the registration cards and after 5 minutes they gave us the key to the room in the new building (details about check-in in the next paragraph).
The transfer back made an indelible impression on us (negative). We were picked up from the hotel at 10.45 and we went to ride around the hotels (we stopped by 4 more families). But the most interesting thing was ahead, when before reaching the airport 10 kilometers we were brought to the store (who the hell needs it!? ) and kept around it for 40 minutes with the air conditioner turned off.
Moreover, the guide Taras poured some nonsense about special promotions (discounts), which, like, have just begun and are already ending. And when we arrived at this store, I saw a stand on which the same text about discounts was written in large letters, but the number “6” in the indication of the year was obviously smeared out from the number “5”. In short, they are holding you for complete idiots!! ! As a result, we were brought to the airport only at 14.15, and the departure was at 15.30, that is, 1 hour before departure. Naturally, everyone is in a hurry, running. We ran into duty free and landed.

2. Accommodation. As I wrote in the previous paragraph, we were given a room in a new building, in which finishing work was completed just the other day, and therefore it smelled of paint and related chemicals. Even before the flight, we read reviews about this building and were just afraid of settling in this building.

It should be noted that we asked about this new building in our Tyumen travel agency (Tyumenzarubezhtour), in which they did not hear anything about this building, although they convinced us that tourists went to this hotel and were satisfied.
This new building is located a little on the outskirts of the main building (150-200 meters), next to the extreme bungalows. It’s a long way to go to the sea with a child, and if you also make several walkers a day back and forth, and take into account the distance to the beach from the main building, then it’s a complete f ....c!
The room in this main building is standard, the only thing that differs for the worse compared to the main building is that the floor is tiled and not carpeted. By the way, the bungalows also have tiles on the floor.
In general, all these circumstances prompted me to go to the reception and try to get another room in the main building.
At the reception there was only one Russian-speaking manager named Jean (the ferret Jean), who naturally began to convince that there were no other rooms. But, indeed, back in Tyumen we were warned that the category and location in this hotel could not be booked in advance.
After half an hour of bickering, he gave me an escort and 3 keys to other rooms, but also in a new building. The rooms were lower floors, however, also overlooking the wasteland or the road. Again, these options did not suit us.
Then I returned to the reception and in the course went cash (20 bucks), which this ferret Jean did not take, since there are no rooms. But at the same time, he told me to come the next day by 10 o’clock with this piece of paper (20 bucks) and he would move us to a vacant room.
That's how it all happened. After spending one night in the new building, the next morning we moved to the main building and spent all 20 days of vacation there.

3. Number.
The room is absolutely standard: a corridor, a safe, a bathroom with a hairdryer, one large room with a balcony, in the room: a large bed, a crib, a small sofa, a table, a chair, individual air conditioning, which worked even in our absence with the card pulled out and with the balcony open .

Therefore, when we went to the beach, we turned on the air conditioner to its fullest, and turned it off when we returned. There is no other way with a child, otherwise there will be a lot of trouble for treatment, and thank God we had no problems with this.
The only negative in the room was the noise from the hotel located opposite, in which the music blared until 3-4 am, and being with a child, our time limit was limited to 22-23 hours, after which the whole family went to bed.
By the way, the child was brought a comfortable crib, in which she slept with great pleasure.
The room was supposed to be cleaned every day, but in fact it turned out in a day or two.
When I found out about this at the reception, they explained to me that from 12 to 13 the cleaners have lunch, the working day is ordered at 16:00, and considering that with the child we went to rest just around 13:00 and got up no earlier than 16:00, then the cleaning time remained from 9 to 13. It is quite natural that it was difficult for the maids to get into this period, since if any rooms on our floor were vacated, cleaning them lasted 2 hours.
At the same time, I managed to catch the maid a couple of times and give her a tip - no effect. Extra money transfer.
Although it should be noted that after another trip to the reception and a record that our room was not cleaned, the next day (or if there was time until 16) they were cleaned immediately.

4. Service.
In principle, normal, but somehow indifferent.
Near the reception hung a board indicating the number of guests.
So, in total there were about 1300 people, of which: 900 were Russians, 100 were crests, all kinds of Germans, a Pole, etc. , 50 people each. Meanwhile, at the reception there was only one Russian-speaking guide, Zhan the ferret, the rest even spoke English poorly.
There was also a table at which Guess relation worked in shifts (every other day) (recording in a la carte restaurants, etc. ). One of them was Russian-speaking, but the second was a complete oak (only German. This is something for 50 Germans out of 1300 vacationers).

The waiters suck, they only cleared the tables in the restaurant, they brought all the drinks themselves. In Russian, they understood only the necessary minimum (juice, water, wine, coffee, tea), but in German, when meeting with these same Germans, they were downright flooded with vocabulary diarrhea. All in all, this is disgusting.
The first day of the week from cattour we had a guide Anya, whom we saw only 1 time in 2 weeks, and even then we had to catch her from the bar and wait for half an hour. Then she was replaced by Tanya, that was a different matter.
A very active and friendly girl, who could be found in the lobby every day before lunch and resolve all issues.
By the way, this Ana sold us a sim card of 250 units for 40 bucks. However, as Tanya later told us in the hotel market, it was possible to replenish the balance of 100 units for 10 dollars. And by the way, calls are no cheaper than roaming with a Russian SIM card. So next time I won't be so stupid.

5. Territory.
The territory is cool, well-groomed, green. But the lack of care was acutely felt. The sunbeds were not removed, in the mornings the remains of wrappers, food, etc. were lying around. The paths to the sea were not watered, although they were wooden, but it was hot to go.

6. Beach.
The beach itself, that is, the place where the sun loungers stood - sand, but some kind of large interspersed with small pebbles, it was hard to walk on it. The coastline itself, the entrance to the sea and the seabed are pebbles. The child could not walk on it. So the beach is not for children.
The entry into the sea is steep, after 2 meters it hides with its head, and therefore strong waves, which, again, is not for a small child.

7. Nutrition.
The food itself did not cause any complaints, there were different types of meat, chicken, turkey, fish. Naturally, salads, as a side dish - potatoes (fries, baked, etc. ), rice, pasta.
Juices were only diluted (Jupi) in containers. For a child, juice was bought in bags in nearby stores. Natural orange juice was also diluted or filtered. Hell knows. But it only looked like freshly squeezed, but it was not. There was ice cream, but we did not take it, as we were afraid of catching a cold for the child.
Of the fruits every day there were only watermelons, every other day melons, oranges and plums.

There were few people for breakfast, queues mainly for scrambled eggs and pancakes.
There are not many people for lunch either, but for dinner it was necessary to go only at the opening (19.00), since then there were no places, but by 20.
00 they simply ate everything (the restaurant was open until 21.00), there were only leftovers and closed containers. Probably those tourists who write about the lack of meat came not at the beginning, but at the end of dinner! In this case, there was not only meat, but everything else, there was already little left.
Obviously, the commissioning of the new building had an effect. Although there were 1300 vacationers on the beach, it was completely unnoticeable.
A la carte restaurants deserve special attention. There were 3 of them: Turkish, fish and Italian. There you can dine one time for free, the choice of dishes from the menu. We did not go to Turkish and fish. In Turkish, the set of dishes is the same as in the main restaurant, and the fish one was located on a boat in the open air (there was not even a shade, umbrellas), but I really didn’t want to sit and sweat (and at 19.00 the sun was still spitting).
In general, we signed up for an Italian restaurant, we arrived at the appointed time (19.
00), we were seated and allowed to study the menu, which consisted of 6 dishes (2 salads, 2 hot and 2 desserts). About half an hour later we received our order. By that time, the child and his wife had gone to ride on the nearby swings, then I changed with my wife, and she came to wait for the order. In general, they brought hot only at 20.15. My child and I ate and went to a children's disco, while my wife stayed to wait for dessert. Somewhere around 21.00 she joined us and it turned out that the dessert had not been brought.
In general, it sucks!!!

8. Animation.

There were many animators (about 20), half of them spoke Russian, but they were not visible. Their main occupation was going from bar to bar, huddling together and chuckling. Well, 5 people of them held sports events at the appointed time (shooting, darts, etc. ). I mainly played volleyball, but even here the role of animators was reduced to a minimum - pour water over the playground and give the ball.
Having said “bring the ball after the game”, the animator smoothly dissolved into oblivion.
Everywhere they write that the hotel is designed for families with children. But in fact, there is nothing for children there. There are 3 miserable playgrounds, which were split to such an extent that during the day there was nothing to do on them. All the children also liked the rope swing, and we mostly rocked on it.
Of the pluses, it should be noted that an awning was stretched near one of the sites on the beach, respectively, it turned out to be a good sandbox. Also, the awning was stretched over the children's pool, which is also very handy.
Of particular note is the mini-club. It was a freezer (with terrible air conditioning) with two lethargic animators (one of them - Dianna - a skinny young girl with the air of a person who is deeply disgusted with everything). As a result, my wife was constantly next to the child and even organized children's games in this mini club.
It was absolutely impossible to leave one child there.
The only good thing about positioning this hotel as a hotel for families with children was that there were many children, therefore, they worked with each other, and therefore they were not bored.

9. Excursions.
Since we were resting with a 3-year-old child, we went on excursions in turn. I went on a quad bike safari. I liked it, rolled in plenty. A lot of dust and dirt, but it is remembered.
