I want to pour out my soul about the time spent in this "beautiful" hotel, which has the status of 4 stars.
1. The staff does not speak Russian. There were two people who communicated in English. A couple of times I observed the situation with newly arrived tourists who did not speak English and tried to find out information about the settlement, but in vain. I had to help. But, if you are also focused on Russian-speaking tourists, please, hire at least one employee who speaks Russian.
2. Number. The room is comfortable, linens are clean. Cleaning every day. Minus the bathroom. The water from the shower cabin was leaking and a puddle formed in the middle... The soundproofing of the room is simply no. I hear, sorry, how the neighbor went out of need...

3. Food. Here at least you cry. They ate "navels and giblets. " Everything that was not eaten in the morning went to the "exquisite" salads with rice, sausage, leftover vegetables in the afternoon and for dinner. Every time a new "yummy". There were days that I just didn’t want to even touch anything, not that there is. There were not enough seats. Scored delicious food and go to yourself in search of where to sit down. Guys, at full landing there were not enough cutlery. On the final evening, the bread ran out. Even the greens were gone. But the tomato was eaten from the heart. I did not think that in a 4 star hotel you can be hungry. The food is a huge disadvantage.
4. Beach. They write that the first coastline. Maybe I don’t understand something, but for me the first coastal one is within walking distance, but not 400 meters from the beach. Sun loungers, umbrellas were constantly lacking - whoever had time, he took it. Everything is dead. Why update inventory, tourists will do fine anyway, they won’t last long...
5. Wifi $2 per day.
6. And now the most important thing. Bought grapes, put it in the fridge. Gone. In the evening, a grape was found in the bathroom - they did not attach any importance to this. But in vain. When they got the grapes, they found that half was missing. Apparently malnourished maids worked. We are not sorry, but the sediment remained. They did not raise a noise because of the grapes. After this incident, all personal belongings only in a suitcase under lock and key.
Guys, in one word the hotel can be described as "horror". The level of the hotel is below the plinth.
I don't recommend checking it out for yourself.
