Impressions from the holidays spent in this hotel do not stand up to criticism. The hotel does not match the description or the 4* category. The beach itself looks terrible, with pipes, sewer and sand dunes that wash up during a storm and no one does anything to fix it. In addition, the beach is not equipped with changing rooms and showers. Instead of a shower-hose, the showers in the booths are cut off. The changing rooms are dirty and without doors. There is no bar on the beach, although its presence is also stated on the Coraltravel website. Instead, there is a dirty booth in which there is a vending machine with water. There was no food, of course. The sun loungers both on the beach and by the pool are dirty and broken.
The Coraltravel website states that there are 2 restaurants and 6 bars on site, which is not true. In fact, there is only one restaurant, which is combined with the reception. It turns out that people are eating and at the same time people with suitcases are walking past, who are leaving, or have just arrived. And there are two bars, instead of the declared 6, which also work in shifts (that is, when one bar is open, the second does not work). The pool bar is closed during the opening hours of the bar in the restaurant, although it should be open from 10-00 to 22-00 according to the All Inclusive concept. At the same time, their assortment is completely different. There are no beer and cocktails in the bar in the restaurant, only wine is available from alcoholic drinks. The pool bar operates according to some invented schedule of its own, instead of the one declared upon check-in at the information stand at the reception desk. Having oriented ourselves in the first half-day of our stay at the hotel and seeing where we ended up, we naturally decided to move immediately, even with an additional charge. We waited for a meeting with the hotel guide, whose name was Reseda. The hotel guide categorically refused to take any part in our resettlement, not even listening to our claims. She spoke with obvious disdain and rudely stated that she was not interested in dealing with our issue and moving to another hotel was impossible.
Our vacation was hopelessly ruined, because the hotel does not correspond to the 4 * category, a whole list of declared services was not provided and we were refused resettlement, which did not give us the opportunity to correct the situation and spend our vacation in another hotel.
