I always knew that the service in Turkey is very low (there is something to compare with, that's why I am writing posts), but so much. . .
Let's start, perhaps:
* There is no normal light at all, during the day lighting can be from the balcony. All the light is neon (or whatever), well, in general, colored and dark.
* In the bathroom, the light is ordinary, white, but not bright, in the shower it was dark and nothing was particularly visible. Other rooms are better.
* Little space in the bathroom, in other rooms it was more spacious.
* The shower door closed tightly, 1/3 was open, maybe the second door was torn off?

* Cleaning??? ? We asked to leave. They could come in and wipe the floors if they were lucky, but we had to ask for change of towels, bed linen. In the first few days I had to throw all the towels on the floor so that they understood that it was time to change, and at the same time I wiped the water off the floor. There were only 2 towels per person (sometimes there were 3 for two??????????? ), and one just in the form of a rug, but one did not help with our bathroom.
* For the first time I see such a stupid air conditioning system. When you open the door to the balcony, it stops working, when you close it, it does not turn back on, you have to press the remote control several times to turn it off and on again.
* Home - an old aunt who saves on EVERYTHING!! ! The animator does the work of a hookah, waiter, cleaner, but not the work of an animator. There are no entertainment programs there, even for children, what can we say about adults. There hangs a schedule of entertainment for the whole day, but alas - it means nothing. The slide is turned on at 11.15, 17 hours for only 30 minutes. Exactly at 22 the bar is turned off, if you come up and it will be 22:01, they will tell you: bring down or pay.
* Everyone is bred with water, up to food, and this is not a joke. The food is not fresh, or rather it is fresh, but rarely. There is no normal meat. When french fries appeared, they gave it in portions (we had all inclusive), when the kids asked to put more, I am silent about adults, he said: no
* The staff does not speak / understand English, I am silent about Russian.
* The book of complaints and suggestions miraculously disappeared on the day of departure.
* The hotel is not family, not youth, not even for pensioners!
* The staff is not friendly at all!
* The maximum depth in the pool is 140 cm, this is the first time I’ve encountered this, I’ve never seen this, xs, is this the norm. The funny thing is that it is not particularly visible, a large sign is in the ass (I never saw it) and one guy dived and made a mistake with his head on the bottom * Approximately from 14:00 to 15:00 quiet hours at the hotel. At 23:00 they turn off the music, they say they don’t want to disturb people’s sleep, but other hotels are noisy nearby.
* Intersecting with the previous paragraph, this one follows. It was impossible to play table tennis after 23, because we would interfere with sleep (again, I repeat, hotels are noisy around with music)

* Soundproofing in the room is the opposite: you close the balcony, you can hear it in the room, but not on the street, how is it? ? You hear how people in neighboring rooms go to the toilet and wash, how they talk and swear
* Go to the beach from the hotel not 10 meters, not 80, but about 500 meters, and most importantly, which road, right, no, it doesn’t exist)))
* The beach is not sandy!!! ! There are plates with holes in the sea, which is super dangerous, especially for kids. Cleopatra Beach was our salvation. Sand everywhere, nice, safe, superb)
* As for the food. . . Oh, McDonald's was our salvation, it's 10.000, 000 times tastier and better.
* Elevators often broke down. We lived on the 5th floor (in our opinion it is the 6th floor), of course it is not so difficult to climb on foot, but we are on vacation, and we go into the room more than once a day.
* The elevators are dirty and super stuffy and sometimes smelly from the fact that they were not ventilated. Again, from the greed of the hostess.
* Restaurant. . . although this is too big a word for such a hotel, but so be it. They don’t kick you out if you didn’t have time to finish your meal, you sit a little more time. But there are such dirty tablecloths, chairs, even plates, forks and knives, not all, but damn it, what's the difference??? ? For me, it's like 'whoosh'.
* Sometimes water with the smell of juice can come out of the juice machine. At the bar on the street in the vending machine, the cola is diluted with water, like everything else in general. The most acceptable wine is dry white, the rest of the alcohol and not only are terrible. There are no original lemonades. Sprite - carbonated water with feri (gel for dishes)???????????
* When we asked to play tennis after 23 (didn't know that it wasn't allowed yet), the manager attacked us in the truest sense of the word, he wanted to fight, although we just asked why not
* This old corga walks around the hotel grumbling all the time, the hostess damn it
* On the beach, a man broke several toes on 2 legs due to stupid plates
* Another cut his head, because the maximum depth of the pool is 140 cm, and this figure is not particularly visible anywhere

* Another person was poisoned by nuggets, which they cut into cold snacks after TWO days, we went and told the newcomers not to eat it, because it was 2 days ago for dinner in hot dishes

I vacationed in other countries, and I was in 3-star hotels, but what can I say, last year I vacationed in Russia in Kabardinka, everywhere the service was much higher, they didn’t treat you like shit, and didn’t react to everything as if you want to kill someone / offer, and do not ask for an empty lunch box. ?
