Hello!
We would like to share our opinion about the hotel Hedef Rose Garden 4 *, Konakli - Alanya.

Rested in it as a family with children in early July 2018. Let's make a reservation right away that this hotel was deliberately chosen by us on the basis of financial considerations as one of the cheapest of the offered "fours" in the Alanya region, therefore, we expected in advance that the quality of services would correspond to the price. If you have the opportunity to spend more money on a ticket, then immediately look for hotels of a higher category - Rose Garden will not suit you!

We arrived late at night, settled us right away - without delay (they didn’t give money to the administrator, and he didn’t hint at it either). The room overlooked the courtyard. Pluses - a good view from the window, you can send children to the pool and water slides and watch them from the balcony.

Cons: noise and loud animation sound, but when the window is closed, the noise is almost inaudible, and air conditioning can be used to cool the air (individual split system, worked well). We were quite satisfied. The first two floors of the hotel are technical, residential - the top 5 floors. There are two elevators, but during the mass movement of guests it takes a long time to wait for the elevator - it's easier to go up the stairs.

The standard room for 2 adults and 2 children is spacious, there was a single and a wide double bed and a folding chair. Room decoration and furniture in very good condition. CRT TV (Russian-language satellite channels "First", "RTR-Planet", "NTV", "TNT", "Vesti-24" and "STS", but it was silent, plus Turkish channels), mini-bar (empty , cooled properly), phone.
Everything worked in the bathroom, but there were complaints about the shelf for towels (poorly fixed) and the faucet in the washbasin (there is no aerator - probably the previous guests dragged it away). There was a safe in the room, but we did not use it (why - see below).

The beach is located in a 10-minute leisurely walk along a quiet street (if you choose a hotel not on the first line, then you should not complain that the beach is not on the territory of the hotel, and you have to go to it! ). The beach itself, or rather, a piece of the beach belonging to the hotel, is small. There are few sun loungers, and even fewer with mattresses. Unfortunately, in order to take a seat, you have to arrive early. The situation is greatly aggravated by the bad habit of other vacationers to grab as many sunbeds as possible, marking “their” territory with towels, and then not appearing on the beach for half a day. Somewhere at the entrance to the sea there are large stones, but in the main part they are not.
In addition, you can swim in the "foreign" sectors of the sea - no one is kicked out.

The pool on site is large with a depth of 1.5 m in the main part and 1.1 m at the slides, there is also a small shallow children's pool. Two water slides: one double straight, the other twisted - work according to the schedule. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool, but unfortunately most of them are also "reserved" all day long.

In addition, since the bracelets of the hotels of the Hedef group are the same, you can go to other hotels of this chain, for example, to the Hedef Beach Resort & Spa 5 *. There, for example, there are better pools and a water park (water slides).

There are no complaints about food. The restaurant serves a lot of food, it is varied and fresh. Daily meat dishes (mainly, of course, poultry), in the morning - scrambled eggs and pancakes, in the evening - shawarma. At the beach bar - snacks (french fries, nuggets, burgers and side dishes). Watermelons give a lot.
The waiters, bartenders and cleaners in the restaurant are great: they work very well, friendly, polite and efficient. For lunch and dinner, a large crowd of “eternally undernourished” gathers for lunch and dinner, so you should come after 30-40 minutes: do not be afraid, the food will not end, but the restaurant will be much freer and calmer.

In addition to the restaurant, there are bars in the lobby, by the pool and on the beach. In them (in free access) coffee machines (coffee, cocoa), kettles, machines with diluted artificial juices (“yuppies”), coolers with bottled water. The bartenders have beer, alcoholic drinks and cocktails (we can’t evaluate the assortment and quality: we haven’t tried it - this is not our topic), drinks like cola, fanta, sprite. Sometimes the bar ran out of some drinks (if a one-time lack of whiskey or beer is critical for you, and replacing the finished cola with fanta is unacceptable - be sure to consider this when choosing a hotel! ).
The hotel itself is located in a convenient location - in a quiet quarter, not facing a busy highway. Nearby is a small cozy municipal park. Good shop with fixed prices at the gas station (behind the university). You can walk to the center of Konaklov on foot or take a minibus to Alanya (4 TL, stop nearby).

Actually, for the most relaxing at sea, swimming and sunbathing, there are all conditions.

But with the service in the hotel everything is very bad. The service staff (we emphasize: with the exception of the restaurant and bars) is absolutely non-executive and slow. At the reception, one administrator "does not understand" either Russian or English and redirects to the second one. He understands everything, promises to do it and immediately forgets about it. So, for example, we had to nurse for two days to activate the safe in the room, but to no avail: either come later, then you are busy, then “you don’t understand mine”, then again the classic “come tomorrow”.
Thank you guys: you saved us $20!

The housekeeping arrangements are even weirder. Firstly, cleaning does not begin as usual in the morning, when the guests go to the beach and to the pool and the rooms are free, but in the afternoon, when most of the people are in the rooms in the sun, and the children at this time are late. Secondly, cleaning is not visited every day. Thirdly, the "hints" about the change in the form of towels and bed linen thrown on the floor are "not clear" to the cleaners and they have to be caught and literally poked at the objects of application of forces. We could not get the full amount of towels and bed linen that we were entitled to by the number of people. For us, this was not an insurmountable obstacle: we used our own towels (this may be critical for you).

Yes, they usually complain about poor Wi-Fi in the hotel.
Indeed, the speed of the Internet is very low, but in the lobby and next to it - where the signal is received - constantly from early morning until late at night, 60-70 zombies sit and stand, buried in their smartphones (for which you flew to the sea - to sit on the Internet or what? ). In such conditions, however, we were able to quickly check the mail and browse 2-3 news sites.

The hotel also cannot boast of animation. Mini-disco is carried out without enthusiasm: boring, stereotyped, uninteresting. Adults are taken to discos in Alanya.

We liked the rest! We swam, sunbathed, rode down hills, walked, went on excursions and charged with positive emotions for the whole next year, and did not pay attention to minor shortcomings. What do we recommend to you?

Once again: if on vacation you mainly need “sun, air and water are our best friends”, and the budget is limited, then the Hedef Rose Garden hotel will suit you.
And if the quality of service and related services are important to you, first of all, then this hotel is absolutely not for you!

Thank you for your attention! We will gladly answer your questions.
