I never wrote reviews, but reviews of others were read regularly, as soon as the question of going on vacation arose. But here, as they say, "patience has come to an end. "
So, for those who have never been to Turkey, but are used to relaxing in the private sector or in rooms with owners on the Sea of Azov or the Black Sea in Crimea, then you can safely go, you will have nothing to compare with and for you this hotel will seem like a paradise.
In order not to be unfounded, I can list the hotels in which I was:
Karelta 4*, Kemer
La Mer 5*, Kemer
Club Phaselis 5* Kemer
Akka-Alinda 5* Kemer
Kemal Bay 5* Alanya (3 times)

So, I have never seen such a mess and mess, and at the same time an indifferent attitude like in Hedef Beach. Check-in was, as well as in other hotels, with the exception of Akka-Alinda, after 14 hours. The room was given on the 4th floor, the room itself was cleaned, there was a set of towels, but on 2 there was only one narrow bedspread, so later I had to gnaw out another one with my teeth so that I could hide at night. Towels were changed with great difficulty. Those. they don't change every day! We were 2 weeks and one time we just had to go to the reception and get a change of towels. It seems that they are simply not enough. The room was cleaned for show, once filled up with cleaning at 8 pm, when no one was waiting for anyone.
Regarding food: food is more or less, but much worse than in other hotels, especially for breakfast. There was no baby food, diet too. Always the same. The only plus is a lot of fruits for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thank you very much for this. The dishes were really such that they had to be rinsed under boiling water. I was also struck by the fact that beer and alcohol were poured into... single cups of 200 gr. The men poured 5 cups of beer and carried it barely, trying not to spill it. I have never seen anything like this either, usually beer is poured into plastic glasses of 300 grams, but here... it's ridiculous. If you come to the so-called "restaurant" in the forefront, then you will sit at the cleaned table, and if not, then you have to look for a place and a table for a long time, and they are cleaned very badly, as a rule, there are no more forks and knives and you have to guard them when they are taken out, and then naturally, wash under boiling water for tea. Tablecloths on the tables were rare. I don’t even remember how many times we saw them in 2 weeks, maybe 5-6 times. The first week of our stay at the hotel there were many local Turks with children, very noisy, queues in the "restaurant", lack of appliances, plates... just horror. Then it got better, many left.
The beach is terrible, it’s impossible to go in, there are sharp stones everywhere, you had to go from the neighboring ASKA hotel, but there the length of the beach is about 30 meters, imagine. For 2 hotels?
Of the pluses - a lot of sunbeds, they are new, good mattresses. Of the minuses - a bar very far from the sea, where you could have a bite to eat, drink. Walk from the sunbeds to the bar…. 220 steps. You can’t be if you want to either use the toilet or ride the slides... By the way, the slides are good. There is a children's pool with slides, also good. Animations for children, as in other hotels, I did not observe, and for adults too. A lot of minor inconveniences, but significant for the vacationer: no clock and thermometer on the beach, no lifeguard! The beach is poorly cleaned, and one can say almost not cleaned. Glasses are lying on the beach, dirty dishes, everything from the evening is the same in the morning. The toilets are dirty. Usually you go to the beach at 6 in the morning, so the Turks rustle - clean, wash, as if they didn’t go to bed, but this hotel doesn’t have that, at 8 in the morning, when there are already a lot of people on the beach, then workers appear and pretend to clean . Yes, even upon check-in you are given only 1 key! If there are 3 or 4 of you, then no one cares, one key for all! Run after each other!

There is much more to say, but there is no desire. My advice is to go around this hotel on the tenth road.
