Everything is bad in this hotel, the gentle sea saves the situation. So I begin my story, with the hope that it will save someone's rest. We were 11 people, 5 adults and 6 children, we had to occupy 4 rooms, during the reservation we waited a long time for an answer from the hotel, but we still waited for approval. We had no illusions, because we knew that we were traveling on a budget, but there still had to be some minimal service, but...Upon arrival (I write upon arrival, since we traveled by bus from Kyiv for 48 hours, and that’s another piece of crap), we we were at the place at 7 in the morning, we were quickly checked in, bracelets were put on, and we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, since we were told that they would not check in before 2:00 p. m. , we changed our clothes and went to the sea. It takes 7 minutes to the sea, this is with crossing the bridge across the road. On our beach, there were huge rocks in the water that no one told us about, there were waves that tossed us in the water, and we all broke our legs.
We decided to go to the beach of the nearby hotel, on a wooden pontoon, and immediately behind it there is a beautiful and clean shore, they let us in without problems, but before that we went down a couple of times to the left of our shore, lay on blankets, almost near the sea, then the guards of the nearby hotels kicked us out, so we took our own deckchairs. There is a bar on the sea, in which there is no alcohol, behind the bar, and it was time to check in, from the 4th of the rooms assigned to us, we were given 3, and 1 room was missing, when asked how you confirm the reservation, they shrugged their shoulders, as an alternative, they offered to spend the night in a nearby hotel, and it turned out that this is their normal practice, since that hotel does not cooperate from tours
operators, there is no restaurant, the owner is one, so they give confirmation, and they resettle there, we raised the price, because we booked so that it would be convenient and cheaper, because we were traveling with a large group of women + children. Through the guide, they agreed that they would give the 4th room at 1:00 in the morning, after the departure of the guests, this room became vacant at 10:00 in the evening, and it was next door to one of our rooms, we would not have known about it, and before 1 : 00 o'clock at night, they didn't let us in there, even though we asked, because everyone wanted to rest, they were sitting on sofas, near the reception with children, right in front of them, they saw it, they had the impression that they were getting on our nerves and doing evil! The owner and the guide are so cold that they really feel sorry for us, they understand everything perfectly, but they cannot help, and our conversations, despite the fact that we have been on the road for 48 hours, we are all tired, we want to wash and rest, do not work for anyone !!!

I have personally heard the quarrels of vacationers with the administrators, on the same issue, and not only, but it is also dirt, and breakdowns, cleaning, such an impression that they no longer react to remarks. Rooms: 2 out of 3 were broken: toilet, shower, air conditioner, but in general, after 2 days of barking, everything was repaired, when it was time to wash, I saw that there was no soap, no shampoo, and no towels, 4 days we asked them to give us a towel, at least one for a room in which there are 3 people, we did not get lost and took clean sheets from the carts for cleaning, and rubbed ourselves with them, but what to do? By the way, that's how we got the towels from that cart, because no one would have given them separately, I'm silent about towels for the pool or the sea, there aren't any, take them from home. The canteen, as I read somewhere before, is located on the street, above the road, the food is disgusting and monotonous, fruits: oranges, plums, apples, and a couple of times they gave me watermelon, it definitely cannot be called a restaurant.
Their alcohol for the first 2 days was gin and whiskey, then there was a little vodka left, then only stinky rake, beer, and wine, well, second-hand drinks, and everything else - the finish line, ordinary water in glasses and in a machine in unlimited access . There is no animation at all, several times in the evening something was playing there, and in the afternoon I went and asked them to turn on the music quietly, and to play Rashi songs, but ours refused to turn it on at all. There are 2 slides, they are included according to the schedule, it is not enough for children, but at least something, there were enough sunbeds near the large pool. The location is really not bad, there is a bazaar there on Wednesdays, but don’t count on cheapness and bargaining, shopping rows that work until 12:00 at night, everything is within walking distance, they have everything, but from the minuses, we left it there all my money, if I sum it all up, I can say that the hotel has 3 stars, but the service is completely zero, and it all starts with the owner, who has everything on his mind. I was at 3*** for the first time, and probably the last time.
I hope that my review will save someone's vacation, because I have never seen such trash in my life!
