We rested at the hotel with my daughter from 08/04/2014 to 08/16/2014. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. At first glance, I really liked the hotel: a spacious hall, a lobby, a lot of soft sofas, a large area. Settled immediately without any surcharges in the main building. Room on the 2nd floor, above the restaurant, side sea view, pine trees, however, this view was closed. Our room overlooked the neighboring hotel "Sun Maritim". Again, at first sight I really liked the room: very spacious, new furniture, flat-screen TV, two separate beds. But. . . ! The room was not cleaned after previous guests! Looking in the refrigerator, I was horrified to find a moldy sandwich with already rotten sausage! It was terrible. We had to take out the rubbish ourselves. But that's not all. For the whole number one (! ) night light, a lamp above the table. And no nightlights near the bed. One socket in the room and one in the bathroom. The pillows were so flat it was like they didn't even exist! There were no blankets, instead of them - torn old thin bedspreads! The ceiling in the bathroom was full of holes, showing through the cement floors and the electric wires from the light bulb. There were no hooks for towels, instead there were only rusty screws. Towels were hung on a single half-torn off hook, which was held on by one screw. After my question about the lack of hooks for towels, the receptionist said that this is the case in all rooms. There were also no hangers for drying clothes on the balcony, clothes were dried on plastic chairs.
In the morning we went for breakfast. And immediately they found a huge queue for waffles, which were fried near the dining room. Stayed for 40 minutes. At lunch, the story is the same: a very large number of people, there are always queues for food, there are not enough places in the dining room, it is very stuffy in the dining room, the air conditioner does not work, there is a queue for beer and drinks. Wine is disgusting. The beer was really good. The hotel rests mainly Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians. This is understandable, which German will go to SUCH a hotel, where there is a line for food, especially if they fry fish or meat. Of the fruit in the hotel has always been only oranges for breakfast, watermelon for lunch, melon for dinner. And that's it! No more fruit. Of course, no one was hungry, but to eat fish or meat you need to stand in a BIG queue!
The service staff is rude and impolite. Besides, they steal. I left a bottle of Baileys in the refrigerator - they poured half a bottle! The room was only cleaned ONCE during our stay! The rest of the time they just took out the trash. They didn't even change the towels until I took them out to the maid's cart and took clean towels myself!

The hotel does not bake national Turkish cakes - gozleme - some people do not even know what it is. They do make pizza and it's pretty good.
The lobby is constantly stuffy, it is simply impossible to stay.
Steep steps lead to the beach. When down is normal, but when back, and even if you are an elderly person, and even in the heat, it’s hard.
It is forbidden to take any drinks from the bar to the beach - at least die, if you want to drink - please run to the bar on the territory of the hotel, have a drink there, then back. And so you can run every half hour if you want to drink.
In general, there is no bar on the beach, as in other decent hotels.
Animation at the hotel is sluggish - only one person helps out - this is Max. Only he was the ringleader, the toastmaster, the host, and in general the "zhivchik" and "energizer". The rest are barely dragging their arms and legs. Animation programs are monotonous and boring, so visiting artists often perform. I liked the belly dancing a lot. But for two weeks of stay at the hotel, the traditional Turkish night has never been held, although in the neighboring 3 * hotel - already twice!
What I really liked was the territory of the hotel. Well maintained, beautiful, spacious. And the beach! A very beautiful bay, an island, there were always enough sunbeds. The beach is sandy and clean. The sea is incredible!
By the way, the photographer was seen only once - he very rarely appeared from his booth, and he had never been to the beach!
Also, the hotel is located in close proximity to the village of Avsallar, across the road you can walk to the shops.
In general, we will not go to this hotel again! Never!
