I want to leave my review about the hotel grand kolibri prestige and spa.
Rested in July 2022 for 14 days.
I have been to different countries, including Turkey more than once. and always everywhere the pluses blocked the minuses, if any. but not this time. the only plus of this hotel is that it is new, the furniture and everything else is not well-worn. that's why we chose this hotel, thinking that they will work for the reputation.
Only 1 person is given a card per room, and it doesn't matter how many people live. that God forbid the light is not left on. but the fact that if people dispersed in different directions, someone will not get into the room - this does not bother anyone. or run to the reception to open a room for you. but you will sit without light, since it does not work without a card.
Further view from the window. it is generally a separate issue. The first few days I was really depressed. I will attach a photo. the territory is small, there is nothing to do.
a small playground and a children's disco for 30 minutes in the evening for children, with the same songs in a circle, this is all entertainment for children. after the children's disco, the evening show begins until 23:00 and that's it. about the fact that there is a type of a small club in the hotel, where you can dance until 2:00, the animators do not tell. they only invite to leave the hotel for a disco, as they receive kickbacks. but still, having got to this “disco” after 23:00 at the hotel, they asked DJ Alex (he is also an animator) to turn on the music of the CIS countries, since a couple of people were sitting there, and then Russian speakers. he refused. and refused everyone.
We wanted to make porridge for the children in the room, and called the reception asking for a spoon, as there was nothing to feed. the answer is it's impossible! what? Did I order Brad Pitt?
The choice of food is small and most often the same. 14 days of rest did not know what to take. seafood, except for fish was not a single time. desserts are not tasty.
