Terrible tour operator. and even more successful guide Svetlana, who appears on the first day to rip off a decent amount for the tour and dump it for an indefinite time, or rather, they will say until the next call in to rip off money. And the company is on the drum what happens to tourists (there is just a comparison with the Tez tour). I must say right away that you can not eat anything in this hotel. The only consolation was Russian optimism, the evenings were great, we entertained ourselves, all the hotel guests met and lit. Animaia was represented by the hotel staff dancing with pieces of toilet paper in their hands!!!! ! The beach is a hotel, it is impossible to enter the sea from all 9 days, I was once at the sea. a very traumatic pleasure, and Pegasus calls a doctor for a fee !!!!!!! ! Therefore, after thinking about it, we decided to give up this pleasure. and after the sea, they washed their feet in the city fountain !!! ! because there was not even a soul on the beach. Tour operators told us about complaints to the Pegasus company about food. In general, who wants extreme sports, put their stomach to nothing with their pickles that are served like pigs (they look white already because I personally was there for 8 days), they did not change and every meal was taken out of the refrigerator. And in the restaurant there is no tea, you have to eat and run from the 6th floor to drink tea on the 1st floor to the bar!!!! ! and you also have to ask for sugar and they will not willingly throw it at you.....and the guide will say And what do you want is the same 3 *. . . but sorry the price is like 5 *.
