And even more so, they were pleasantly surprised by the work of Pegasus. Departure to Turkey and back strictly on schedule, the hotel guide Anna is a super professional! I have been to Turkey more than 10 times, and never got anything useful from the information meeting, because everything has already been told many times. And despite this, Anna was able to give us quite useful information. There was no impudent loading with excursions, everything was short, concise and informative! Moreover, when we had a non-standard problem, contacting her and Irina Guest relations, we received an immediate and competent resolution of our problem. For which they are VERY grateful! We were attentive to all wishes and requests! Regarding the settlement - we arrived at about 10 am, and settled in after lunch. But I don’t even think for this reason to put something below 5, because I know that by all world standards - a settlement after 14-00. The room was standard, * sea view * did not pay in advance, so they gave a view of the road and 1 floor. Which at first upset, and then even found their pluses. You could immediately walk across the grass to the Jacuzzi or the swing. When the door is closed, the noise of the road is not audible. According to the interior, I think that in some hotels it would correspond to a suite. Attaching photo. Everything was in order with the cleaning, they even made everyone's favorite swans and hearts! Inside the design and technical equipment of the hotel, I would put *7* on a 5-point system. Everything is perfectly clean, to a mirror shine, almost half of the finish is onyx! In the toilets on the floors, people took pictures, because such an interior is not always possible to find. The staff is always smiling, cleaners in white uniform wash and clean everything around. I personally saw how they washed the roof of the hotel! As for the seats in the main restaurant, we always sat outside, the waiter left the table. But in principle, the table could still be found. Maybe sometimes I would have to walk a little. There were always tables inside. On nutrition, I put * 4 * - not because it is tasteless or not enough. There is a lot of everything and everything is delicious. I was expecting more seafood, that's all. But instead of them compensation - fresh juice for breakfast! As for the animation - not bad, it can be better. But it also happens much worse. During our vacation, 5 or 6 animators left, they took only 2 new ones, hence the nuances. A good Turkish girl animator Asli - she led all daytime gymnastics, she tried very hard and was very friendly and positive! I did not like one thing - after the evening show, only 3-4 times there was a party on the pier. And then the live music was terrible, only the animators danced, but this is their job and they were very drunk. On other days before the disco, which started at 23-00, but in fact closer to 24-00, there was nothing to do! The hotel is completely silent, like in a sanatorium! On the street near the pool, people sit and drink in complete silence, not fun at all. At the disco, at first I didn’t like the music at all, in 3-4 days they learned the entire repertoire. Then it got better! It would be nice if (as in other hotels), ) animators would take tourists to discos in Alanya. And during the day there were a lot of young people, but in the evening everyone disappeared, where? - No answer! The lack of a beach did not overshadow my vacation at all, although I am not a swimmer at all. Several descents into the water, the purest water and no need to walk over stones, etc. And yet, we always went to big hotels. The smallest was 2 times the size of Granada, before the trip it was a little embarrassing. It turned out that the territory was well developed, and there was no feeling that there was not enough space. Summary - add music, after-show activities, the so-called after party, and the hotel will be perfect !!!! ! that is, without flaws! And I think the price will rise significantly! And a little off topic, in a leather store (if there is an intention to smoke something) it is worth talking with a girl Christina, a friend bought a light jacket, said that the prices are very reasonable.
