For a 3* hotel this is great. The staff is friendly, Russian speaking. Internet at the reception and separately can be connected to the room for only $ 1 per day (very democratic). Of course the hotel is not new, but neat, rooms are cleaned every day.
Because my husband and I left $ 1 for cleaning, then we always had clean + clean linen and towels.
The room was a double room with a sea view. The view is chic.
The hotel has its own beach (free sunbeds). The beach is clean (for this look).
The food was good, everything was enough. Drinks at the bar are free.
