Terribly uncomfortable mattresses, but I won’t say anything about the chair at all . . that’s about to fall apart.
Meals: As for a 4-ki, it is quite worthy.
Animation Entertainment: Barely breathing, mostly entertaining elderly Germans)) probably, the animator was guilty of something in front of his leadership)) but we went there for the wrong reason.

Service: The guys are trying their best, the restaurants are clean, the rooms and the territory are cleaned every day. But, I got the impression that the staff only tip and serve.
Sea, beach: Entry into the sea is normal, the beach is clean, sunbeds, umbrellas and mattresses on sunbeds require immediate replacement (dirty, torn, cracked). particular indignation was caused by one moment when you come to the beach, there is no umbrella, a beach boy, if you are Russian, you won’t even bring it to you until you ask, or you don’t go for it yourself. The attitude towards the Germans is completely different, he runs ahead of the locomotive to put up an umbrella, and why not, because the Europeans can give a generous tip (for example, 5 euros) for such a service. I was also surprised by this concept of the hotel, where there are no umbrellas on the beaches, but they are brought... and even then not always, but for a tip already running.
Be prepared that you will be greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke at the reception, the hotel administration, without hesitation, does it almost on the spot, and it’s not surprising, because there are no special smoking areas in the general restaurant for dinner, lunch or breakfast, at the next the table smokes like steam locomotives, and along with the food you absorb the smoke ((Unfortunately, this problem is not solved, despite the complaints of vacationers. And yes, you can encounter rudeness at the reception, just be prepared.
The hotel is designed mainly for older Germans, families with children. There are very few Russians and Ukrainians.
