We are tourists from Ukraine, Kharkov. We arrived at 5.30 am. At first, of course, we were not very impressed - the bus dropped us off near the small, modest entrance to the hotel. As we entered, it turned out that they don’t understand us very well in Russian, and we don’t understand German and English very well. In general, it was difficult to fill out the documents, to explain in broken English (it is necessary to tighten up))))) We were immediately offered to wait until 14:00 to check in in the lobby or pay $50. Naturally, they paid, because they were very tired (before that there was a full-time working day and night of the road). This is how we settled in. Hotel: the territory is not big, but very cozy. Lots of greenery. Small buildings seem to surround the territory of the hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day, clean. We lived in the 5th building, we were cleaned by a very nice woman. The room is all working - air conditioning, taps, hair dryer. . . Very well thought out curtains - double blackout. We had a two-room suite. In one room - a double bed, in the other - 2 single beds. Great for a family. But!!!! And here is a question for the employees - it’s very strange that you came up with the idea of ​ ​ making a room with a double bed a walk-through. Where is the logic? Near the 5th building there is a swimming pool with slides and a paddling pool. Restaurant: it is located in the center of the territory. There are tables inside the room, but mostly outside, under a canopy, 2 floors. Breakfast, lunch - monotonous, and there were always few people for breakfast and lunch, but for dinner there was always a variety and everything in abundance, people too)))) It was always delicious. Many thanks to the chef and everyone working in the restaurant. Never had to wait for a table, there are always places. There is a bar on the beach where you can also eat fast food until 18. The guys working at the bar are always smiling. Thank you for your hospitality)))) In general, everyone was satisfied with the food. Sea.... Clean, warm, beautiful sea. The beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles. There are railings that are very necessary for people with disabilities. By the way, there are ramps throughout the territory. An unpleasant moment - they put an umbrella on the beach for those who came, and so, they ran to the Germans right away, they never approached us, as they heard our Russian dialect. We took our own umbrellas for the rest of our stay. Keep in mind - the hotel is 90% Germans, for them everything. Only a few people speak or understand Russian, and for the first time the Germans will be very served. A few of the staff who were good-natured and Russian-speaking.
