We traveled from Antalya for almost 4 hours. The children (both 4 years old) were tired. The woman at the reception about that gave us the keys to the room, without even explaining where to go (* the old-timers of the hotel spent), There was not even any offer to help walk with the children and bags to the neighboring building where we were settled. The room was on the fifth floor. Dirty. Papers from former vacationers were lying on the floor, the bed linen was dirty - a pillowcase in incomprehensible brown fresh stains, one of the towels was all dirty * dust on the phone and protruded above the bed, a not working socket for charging the phone, plaster cracked and hanging on the ceiling on the balcony . This is how the hotel room greeted us. Went downstairs, asked to clean and change linen. The woman wrote down and promised to solve everything within an hour. But nothing changed in the evening. And in the morning too. Our request was conveyed by the guide of our tour operator. Linen changed, some towels. But the dust and debris remained. They have their own idea of ​ ​ cleaning. They refused to transfer to another room, arguing that there were no free rooms. In the evening, after our guide re-applied, they repaired the socket and changed the towels. The bar is completely empty. Two bottles of water were only at the settlement, then there was no nirazu. Although, according to the concept of the hotel, they should leave 2 daily (the guide personally clarified this issue with them), We went with the children on an excursion to the park with dinosaurs, we previously discussed with the woman at the reception about the need to leave 3 lunches in the morning, since the departure is at 7 in the morning. They came in the morning, there was nothing, they didn’t give anything to their colleague, they didn’t warn the restaurant. They hung a sign on the door to remove it, they just threw it on the floor in the room and did NOTHING, they didn’t even put shampoo. Only after the Lenten treatment of the guide. That's no relation to vacationers! There is no playground as such: a two-meter slide and a meter-long rocker - and that's it !! ! It is located behind the dining room between the buildings. During the day, children cannot go down - the plastic heats up, in the evening - zero lighting.
By the sea not far through the underground corridor. The beach is not cleaned. OK. There are plastic cups and diapers lying around. Some of the sunbeds have already served their purpose. Luckily, it's free though. It is difficult to pour into the sea, plates. The kids didn’t like that you can’t go in and swim, it’s very dangerous. The sea itself is clean.
Meals for C grade . . During the week, the fish was only once. There is no cash. There is only one soup for lunch. It's difficult with children. Lots of fried and fatty foods. Tomatoes are cut simply with leaves. Fruits were daily - watermelons and melons, sometimes apples. Sweets are enough and varied (and quite tasty).

I will not go to this hotel again even for free and do not recommend it, so as not to waste time and money. This hotel is not 4 star. Solid 2
