Detail:

Rested from 17 to 26 August. The hotel does not correspond to 4 *, it is 2-3. Even considering that we did not expect much from the hotel, it left a not very pleasant impression.

We lived in 3 different rooms and I won’t say that they are drastically different in condition, namely, there are some breakdowns everywhere.

The hotel has two buildings, in the main building on the 6th floor there is a dining room and a "bar" is open during meals, on the 1st floor there is a reception and a "bar". The word "bar" is in quotation marks because it looks more like a drink counter.

At first we were settled in a more or less acceptable room in a non-main building on the 5th floor, and in principle it was possible to stay here, but we wanted to change the room to a better one (it would be better if we didn’t start this topic).
The replacement cost 120 euros, according to the Turkish male receptionist, this is a high-level standard room, which was located in the main building on the 1st floor, got the Internet from the lobby and at first it seemed that the situation was even more or less.

However, after checking in, it turned out that for some reason the curtains could not close the window completely, and additional curtains were never brought to us, although it is strange for the first floor that everyone can look at you to hang narrow curtains, and on the floors above even one curtain closed the window.

The view opened up to the pool, the animation area and naked elderly men with shorts on the table, plus it stank of cigarette smoke, such a thing, and from the high level there was only a third bed.

In addition, the light near the bed was broken, and there was also a problem with the door, to which the receptionist said that we simply do not know how to use it correctly. As a result, the door jammed on the same day and we remained locked in the room, and the locksmith simply knocked out the lock in the end.
In addition to all these troubles, the receptionist wanted a tip for himself and tried to fool with the exchange rate by holding 44 euros in change, and when I asked for a refund, he began to whine that we were number 1 customers for him and broke his heart and blablabla (advice never give more, but exactly the amount you need, otherwise such a divorce will begin).

Also, in rooms without a balcony, things will not dry at all, but on the 1st floor there is none.

Then we agreed with the Russian-speaking receptionist Galina and she changed our room to the same level as at the beginning and was, with a better view and a balcony, as well as with a normal door in the main building on the 4th floor (minus there they constantly smoked in the next toilet).

I advise you to solve problems and, in general, contact Galina, she solves everything on the case and clearly, and does not start like with Mr. Turk from the beginning of the story.
As for food, I am a picky person and I didn’t really like it, but keep in mind that Turkish cuisine in general is often not liked by Russians, but objectively speaking, you won’t stay hungry.
Fruit upset me, there were not many of them and they were not always tasty.

I also somehow took lettuce leaves and they were in the ground, probably the vegetables are not washed very carefully or not washed at all.

The juices from the vending machine are just UPI powder and the water tastes like pool water. In general, the food is like in a canteen.

Every dinner, the animator invited to go to some nightly entertainment establishments in Alanya, but we never went.

In the hotel itself in the evenings, there was some small program and saw the schedule of activities, but did not resort to them.
The beach is nearby, but it is difficult to swim in it, because the descent is stone, and the waves knock you down, and as a result, all attempts end up with you beaten by waves and stones and with cut legs and arms and other things, capitulate and swim in the pool or go to neighboring village to Perle beach, where there are no these stones.

I WILL ADD THAT THE SITUATION WITH THE STONES IS DIRECTLY CRITICAL, THESE ARE SHARP ROCKS, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GO INTO THE WATER NORMALLY.

As for cleanliness - cleaning every day, I don’t know how they change the bedding, they didn’t change it for us, but it’s normal for me to change it every 7-14 days.

There were oddities with the towels, that one was taken away, but a new one was not given.

The Internet costs 2-3 euros per day, we counted more than 50 euros for 9 days for two people, that is, each device separately.

Well, it’s somehow not very good, it’s cheaper to buy one SIM card with 20-25 gigs in Turktelecom for $ 30 and distribute the Internet and you will have it everywhere, and not just at the hotel.

The hotel has free bad internet in the lobby.

The safe is paid, when we changed the room, they gave it for free, in the end it was impossible to use it, since the lock was broken and closing / opening was accompanied by poking for 15 minutes each time and we did not use it in the end.

Regarding the location of the hotel relative to the ATM, bank, Turktelecom, but you have to walk, there is nothing right within walking distance.

The sights are all mainly in Alanya, a taxi from Mahmutlar to the center is about 250 lira one way.
