The next day, we again turned to the reception, because we paid 230 thousand for a ticket for 4 people and a 5-star hotel. Waking up with the thought that the ceiling lies on the chest and presses, figuratively, we went to the manager, after long conversations, they gave the sanmar support phone number in Turkey, they said to wait until the evening and the number would be changed, for the next 2 days no one changed and they said no money, no conversation, we can't hear you.

We just shrugged, so we decided not to risk it and try to relax, while there was no water in our room 657, no one reacted to the request either, my husband unscrewed the shower himself, found the reason, went to change the shower head, they changed it somehow, and in the washbasin on the 4th day we accidentally met a technician in the corridor, he cleaned the filter at our request and the water began to flow well, it was possible to wash normally ...we talked with other tourists from Russia, everyone who paid extra lived comfortably ....
otherwise everything is fine in the hotel and food and leisure activities, a water park, a cool children's pool, a bus that constantly runs to the sea, everything is thought out, except for the surcharge for the room, in addition to the tour ....asked other tourists on the plane, no one in other hotels they didn’t pay extra for a standard room and everyone who was in a 5-star hotel in another hotel hears about it for the first time, so if you get together, check about the surcharge and choose another hotel
