Stayed in this hotel with a friend. Themselves from Belarus. The voucher was for 6 days. Checked in in the evening, immediately settled in a room with a sea view. Armchair, one double bed and one single bed. The room has air conditioning, toilet and shower in one room. Wi-Fi worked poorly, the signal was very weak.

Once they didn’t clean the room, already in the following days when the border guards came, we were in the room, and they didn’t want to wait and immediately said their favorite “tomorrow”, but we stayed and cleaned with us.
Top notch service for a 3 star hotel. We were pleased with the food, we took vouchers with meals: breakfast and dinner, they offered lunch for an additional fee. Also for the money they offered a safe and a refrigerator in the room. I was pleased with the hammam in the hotel, we had a very good time.
The beach is neat, across the road. In general, we are satisfied, we can return.

I lived in building II, as someone already recommended here (buildings I and III are too close to the highway. When I checked in, I just asked for a room in buildings II or IV. Rooms in building 2 are quite spacious. My only complaint is the periodic buzz of some - a fan that emitted a noticeable vibration in my corner room on the 3rd (according to ours - 5th) floor.

Rooms in building 2 are quite spacious. My only complaint is the periodic buzz of some - a fan that emitted a noticeable vibration in my corner room on the 3rd (according to ours - 5th) floor. Friends lived in the Down Town building - the rooms are more cramped there, which bothered my friends a little.
Meals (breakfasts and dinners) seemed to me very good and varied, there was always a regret that I did not have time to try something. The meat was always, if not in the hall, then in the barbecue by the pool.
For Russian speakers - m. b. problems, because the staff at the reception and in the restaurant does not know Russian. With English, by the way, they are also tight. I highly recommend learning basic Turkish courtesy phrases and actively using them.
But the "own beach" at the hotel is lousy. Not because the sunbeds are paid (bed-bed per day - 1 euro), but simply dirty. And entering the sea on slippery uneven plates is fraught with injuries. Beach bouncers tried to forbid my friends to sit on the sand near my sunbed, but they (bouncers) managed to be quite peacefully sent off - knowledge of a few Turkish words came in handy. But these are trifles, because. 20 meters to the left or 100 meters to the right (if facing the sea) and the beach is cleaner and the entrance to the water is normal. In general, before the first visits to the sea, look where the other public is swimming - go there. I advise you to explore the beaches "Cleopatra" (pure sand) and at the "Red Tower" (very clear water, pebbles, stones), which have already been written about by others. Stomp to the first 30 minutes, to the second 20 or go for 1 euro (one way) by bus.
There was always a place near the hotel's own pool, sunbeds were free. Some sites show some kind of water slides at the hotel - this is nonsense, there are no slides, but the existing main pool is quite decent. The water smells a little like chlorine. By the way, in the basement of the building, near the gym, there is also an indoor pool. And the Down Town building has its own pool (I went there to swim with friends) - the pool is small, but there is nobody in it!

I sent my parents to this hotel, they really liked it. The food was HB, but they were enough. At lunch they bought fruits, they are cheap there. For breakfast there was all sorts of cuts, buns, cereals, omelettes, tea, coffee, juices, you can’t list everything. Dinner was plentiful, that you can’t try everything, and everything is very tasty.

My dad really liked their pickles. That's just for dinner for drinks had to pay.
It takes approximately 2.5 hours to get to the hotel by bus from the airport.
The hotel is located across the road from the sea, which is very close for a 3 star hotel. The room is small but cozy with modern furniture (the hotel was renovated in 2011) and everything you need, with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
Refrigerator rental 1 euro per day.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools, children - paid
There were people with small children in the hotel. For children, it was possible to rent strollers, bicycles, etc.
On the beach: the cost of a sunbed with a mattress and an umbrella is 1 euro per day per person. But if you don't want to pay for a sunbed, you can sunbathe for free on the sand.
You need to go by bus to Cleopatra Beach. The difference from the beach near the hotel is good clean sand and more expensive rental of sunbeds and umbrellas.
In the evenings you can walk around the city, there is something to see.
As for a holiday close to the Mediterranean Sea, for 10 days, 2 adults, pay about 1300 dollars, I think the holiday is excellent.

The hotel consists of two buildings, the first overlooks the road, the second is located on the second line. The entrance to the sea is a large pebble, 3 meters through the sand.
To the center 15-20 minutes at a slow pace or 5 minutes by taxi (5-7 lire).
I lived on the second line, the "apartment" room - a room with a kitchen, two sofas, a dining group, a TV, and a bedroom. The room is spacious, the furniture is in good condition, the kitchen has tiles, a minibar, a coffee maker and all utensils. The bedroom has air conditioning.
Cleaning daily, change of linen for 9 days 3 or 4 times.
Nutrition. At the hotel I ate only breakfast, the menu is the same, Turkish and English breakfast. I was especially pleased with the scrambled eggs))) Everything is tasty and fresh. For dinner, I saw grilled fish and meat.
Near the main building there is a large pool, near the second pool is a small one, there is a children's section.
Near the second building there is a small market.
The hotel is mostly inhabited by Europeans, on average in the high season for the entire hotel there are only 10-15 Russian people.
The attitude of the staff is good, everyone speaks English.
The only negative is that the airport-hotel transfer takes about 4 hours, so it's better to book a hotel transfer or a taxi (about 60 euros one way).

Were two years ago. Not bad compared to what they write about other three-star hotels. We got into a new building. The food is excellent. Sea fruits. The only thing that was a little oppressive was that there were few Russians, only Germans. But the sea is across the road and the center is not far away.
