At the same time, they give a room much worse than you paid for or you can spend the night on the beach, they don’t care. That is exactly what happened to us.
We arrived at this hotel at night and were told that there were no rooms!! ! How so!?? ? We bought everything in a week and everything was confirmed.
And in front of us, another couple tried to call in and they were also refused. The staff is extremely unfriendly. They offered to move to another hotel. I had to agree, because they were from the road and it was already about one in the morning. They moved to another hotel, they gave a terrible economy room (although the standard was paid) and it was in some kind of hozblok. Behind our wall, the generator periodically turned on, because.
There were frequent power outages. He worked in such a way that it was impossible to talk in the room, let alone sleep. On the street, right under the windows of the room, the pump was constantly working. At the same time, they tried to tell us that this is a standard room. Only after the intervention of the tour operator (many thanks to Fit Holiday), we were moved to a normal room two days later, but the rest and impressions were badly spoiled. Room cleaning is disgusting. The food is no different. We met several people there who were also relocated and also in the worst rooms. At the reception they have a constant swearing with customers because of such relocations. We realized that in this chain of hotels such a fraudulent resale of rooms is put on stream. I highly recommend this chain of hotels!

Initially, we were supposed to live in Arsi Enfi Beach Hotel 4 *, but upon arrival we immediately contacted the travel agency and the staff to change our room. Hearing that my husband speaks German, we were immediately moved for free and paid for the transfer by taxi to a hotel from the same Arsi Paradise Beach Hotel 4 * chain.

But there we went to another hotel of the same chain Arsi Blue Beach Hotel 4 * (3 minutes walk).
The room was given on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the sea and a terrace. The hotel is recently refurbished but the smell of sewage is always around. Rooms are cleaned every day, but towels are changed if you ask. The garbage was taken out a couple of times by ourselves, as the smell became unbearable. There is only one elevator for the entire hotel, and there are 6 floors. Only 1 person can get into the elevator with a baby carriage.
The food in all hotels was monotonous (cucumber and tomato salads, obscenely red sausage, sausages with scrambled eggs, meat in the form of gravy and rarely fish, desserts from semolina of all colors of the rainbow and jelly, dried fruits for porridge with garbage and mud stuck), the most the best - soups and watermelons with melons (they are difficult to spoil). The rest is overdried and the cheapest that was on the market (incl. soy semi-finished products! ). Sometimes pancakes were fried. I drank wine once, then my head hurt, as if I had been drinking all night. We went to the city to eat local food, since the hotel did not give anything "Turkish" (I have something to compare with, for example, in Kemer there were always local sweets and even kebabs).
The hotel is located on the first line, to the beach - just cross the road, sunbeds and umbrellas - paid (50 Turkish liras). There are buses to the city center (1.101), in which it is better to pay for the fare by card, not by cash. Near the hotel there is a bus stop, the nearest supermarket Migros is a 15-minute walk.
The sea is clean, the beach is sandy, but the entry into the sea - pebbles, sun loungers and umbrellas - is not the first freshness.
Of the hotel services, my husband tried the hammam at Arsi Blue Beach Hotel 4 * (50 euros for a hammam, massage, peeling), he was pleased, especially with the massage. There is also a gym, but only for appearances, as the machines are old and not securely attached to the floor. Better to just run in the morning.
The hotel was booked through Annex Tour, but this time the work of the agency was not satisfied. Upon arrival, the representative of the company did not come to us. They waited for the transfer to the airport for almost an hour, and at 2 am, as the driver was given the wrong addresses and he was literally looking for hotels and tourists. But we arrived on time.
Bottom line: a mid-level hotel for tourists who are primarily interested in the beach and the sea. There is zero entertainment, but there were too many Tarkan songs from morning to evening.

I stayed with my daughter for two weeks. We arrived at night, a pleasant young man at the reception asked if the last floor would suit us and immediately settled us. We really liked the room, the balcony was the letter "G" and the view was 300 degrees. Everything in the room worked, furniture, appliances, everything was in good condition and worked silently.

2 minutes to the beach, go through the underground tunnel (where it is cool) and you are on the beach. It is sandy, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, so the water is very clear. Beach number 7 on "Oba". No plates! The entrance is very pleasant and safe, do not knock on the pitfalls and do not slip. This is an important point, we walked along the beaches and there are a lot of beaches where the plates at the entrance to the sea are very slippery and uneven, it throws a wave at them, it is very dangerous. Bar and sun loungers on the beach for extra. fee.
Bus stop going to the center right at the entrance to the hotel. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk, on Tue and Thu a market (things and fruits) arrives, it is a 10-minute walk towards the center.
Separately, I want to say about the food at the hotel. The cook who worked on our shift is just super talented! For 2 weeks of stay, we were not tired of the food at all. Even on the last day we had lunch and were surprised that everything was delicious! This has never happened to me in other hotels, even in 5 *.
Every day he managed to diversify the menu. For breakfast, for example, baked mushrooms with cheese, another time, tomatoes and peppers, and an omelette with pistachios struck. Always two types of meat for lunch (not counting cutlets). There was duck, pork, beef, chicken legs (chicken breast was also there, but not disgustingly dry, but finely chopped in cheese sauce). The potatoes were baked in the oven (thanks for the healthy food), but there were fries too. Fruits: watermelon, melon, oranges and apples have always been. Lots of greens and cheeses. The bar has tea, coffee, juices (not yuppies), from packages, cola fanta, sprite. I don't know alcohol (I don't drink).
Many thanks to all the staff of this hotel, always friendly and quickly responding to any request.

Hotel Dim suit 3*
We arrived late, around 11pm. Tired going up to the room, they noticed the dirty linen and dishes on the stairs (the photo is attached, photographed two days later), they did not attach importance to fatigue, but in the morning we understood where we were. There is no hot water. The toilet is leaking.
Breakfast (it’s a pity they didn’t take a better picture of the kitchen, the photo with the grid turned away) for breakfast we ah . . ate not to say otherwise. A few remaining sausages fried for some reason (this is an hour before the end of breakfast), a couple of eggs not peeled and a few peeled and cut in half (green), and so scattered over the little things, as if after a wild party. No meat, only soy clots. In front of us, a woman with a child came up to pick up these remaining 3 miserable eggs, so someone like a cook, in a dirty apron and hands, said to her: "SGTRBRGRBRDASGH ! ! ! ", and explained on her fingers that one egg in one hand... This everything in front of your eyes.
At the tables srach, smoke. There are no clean dishes, they rinse and shove if you really ask. Cleaning dishes - some guy comes up with a cigarette, throws a plate on a plate in front of his nose, and even if lumps and splashes from food fly at you, he doesn’t care much.
The same is repeated for lunch. As soon as we arrived early and remembered the metro in the morning in Moscow or St. Petersburg, there is a struggle for "devour oats" (otherwise the tongue won't turn to say).
The bar is a different story. I come up, ask for beer, the "bartender" without hesitation grabs the first glass that comes across with already half beer and foam (in total there was half the substance in the glass, somewhere 0.5 from the glass itself, but why bother - on, bitch, sip). OK. I'm going back, well, well... I think I'll drink some water and go look for an option to leave here. On the way back, I see how two of the "staff" are smoking next to the table with dirty dishes, one takes a glass from the table and pours it into a thermos with "coffee". After that, I didn’t drink “coffee” either. The manager or "owner" as they call him walks around the hotel with a face, as if he just hates everyone, when he wanted to ask him how such a pigsty was bred, he started yelling like crazy and waving his arms - they say get out of here. All who in the hotel "rested" were of the same opinion. Someone no longer wanted to spend money on moving, someone was forced into some kind of penalty, in general they got stuck. The new ones were greeted with shouts - "Run away from here! "
There is no talk of animation. Everyone called the hotel a boarding house "pensioner" or something like that.
Guys, it's better to overpay 12-20 tr. but don't waste your rest. You will spend the same money on "eating" at least something normal in any case. We also thought that we need a beach, sea, sun, the rest is not important, but not to such an extent.
Guide Nadezhda, travel agency "iati" LLC "CRYSTER and Biblio Globus" special thanks! We had to spend a lot of nerves before we managed to move. here we come with our problems. . .
Take care of yourself and remember - you have been waiting for this vacation for six months. And when they throw "g@vno" on your hard-earned money, eat with laughter, it's not worth it

The location of the hotel is amazing! ! The hotel area is small, but everywhere is clean, I had a large room with a huge bed, which I was incredibly happy about! I was 2 weeks and remarkably unloaded on vegetables and fruits. The coffee was good in the coffee machine, I ate on the site next to the pool, the courtyard was full of greenery and flowers, it was very pleasant to have a meal. The tables are covered with a white tablecloth, which is very nice, like in a good restaurant! The staff is friendly and always willing to help and explain everything. Now about the sea, this is the main reason why I flew here! ! The sea is nearby through a small passage and I want to note that the beach is wonderful, the best if you follow to Alanya, fours and fives did not have this! The smooth entry into the sea and the sea was wonderful, the waves were 1 time in 2 weeks, and the bonus is that the sunbeds are free. In the evening, you can walk along the wide sidewalk, planted with wonderful shrubs, flowers, trees, all the way to Alanya, which is 45 minutes! In general, I liked the hotel, and the rest was wonderful))

The Obakei area impresses with its natural beauty: majestic mountains, clear blue sea and awesome clean air. So, we arrived at the hotel at 21 pm. Immediately contacted the reception with a question about the settlement. The issue was resolved immediately, and all my wishes were taken into account. For this, a huge thank you personally to Nadezhda. This is a very competent worker competent in all matters, a friendly and pretty girl. It's very nice to be greeted like this.
As for the hotel itself: a small green well-planned area with a swimming pool, a playground, restaurants, a bar, etc. Everything your heart desires is here.
In the kitchen: I will not repeat myself, a lot of good things have already been written. But still, I note the presence of a children's table, this is a big plus for this hotel. After all, there are a large number of vacationers with children. It can be seen from everything that the chefs are trying very hard to please tourists. Sometimes chefs cooked right in front of tourists.
Animation is for adults and children. The sea is a miracle, a fairy tale! The water is clear and warm, so comfortable that I write, and I already want to plunge into these gentle waters. At the expense of the beach: the hotel has rented sunbeds, but at any time you can find free sunbeds.
According to the number: small, in pleasant bright colors, the two of us: me and the child, it was not crowded. The balcony is big enough. Our room was cleaned daily. Thanks to a simple smiling maid, she always cleaned cleanly.
And lastly, will I go to DIM SIUT HOTEL - definitely YES! The hotel is super! Thanks also to all the management staff and administration for the comfort and coziness of the hotel. Further prosperity to you! I didn't go into too much detail as there are so many reviews. But I repeat: feel free to go to this hotel and you will not be disappointed, but you will get a lot of joy and positive for the whole year. Good luck to all!!!! !

Despite its three stars, the hotel is wonderful! Rested 12 days
My wife and I arrived almost at night. We were immediately fed and only then began the placement.
The room is modest, but everything you need for a normal stay is there.
On the recommendation of the administrator, we settled in a room without a sea view and did not regret it . . The quiet side allowed us to get enough sleep.
There is a lot of greenery around the hotel, behind which constant care is visible (bushes are trimmed, branches are cut), flowers.
Nutrition is a separate issue. I will say right away - I am a lover of food, but despite the lack of meat, I have never been left hungry or dissatisfied with food. Four meals a day (which some four-star hotels cannot boast of). What pleased me - a lot of greens and salads, very tasty rice! (at home I don’t eat it at all . . ), daily chicken or fish and dishes were repeated quite rarely despite the limited choice of products (Respect to the chef! a master of his craft). Fruit was daily for lunch and dinner, but only apples, oranges and watermelons.
Service: despite the seeming constant employment of the staff and the seriousness of the administrator, all the employees are very kind and helpful. The hair dryer, which burned down in the evening, was replaced early in the morning, as soon as we gathered for breakfast. If you have any questions, they are always available to help. Personal greetings to animator Vitalik and bartender Lekha! (these are just the people who create the mood).
The beach is across the road, the transition is right next to the exit from the hotel. Sun loungers, mattresses and umbrellas - free of charge.
Fishing lovers. . The sea itself, but you can fish for trout or eel just 150-200 meters away on the Dimchay River.
A big THANK YOU to the owner and all the staff of the hotel for a wonderful stay. .
P. S. (on my own behalf)
Negative reviews can be left only by those who, when paying for a three-star hotel, dreamed of getting into 5 *, or those who do not know how to relax (and such 5 * + is not a thrill).

We will definitely visit the same hotel again with friends.

Dim Suit Hotel (Alanya) Bitter truth. - Monotonous food. Only one cucumber turns out to be cut lengthwise and across, into squares and rounds and passed off as different dishes. And the pasta that was left over from lunch was used to make salads for dinner: pasta with ketchup, pasta without ketchup, pasta with cheese, pasta with cucumbers.

Monotonous food. Hot does not correspond to the buffet principle, it is one type of side dish (almost always rice, it is cheaper when purchased) and gravy with pieces of meat. The chef personally imposes hot, so do not count on the addition.
Dirty in the room. The promise that bed linen will be changed every two days is not fulfilled. Only after a few remarks to the staff will your linen be changed. And it turns out that in order to throw out the garbage, grind the floor, clean the ashtray, you also need to go to the hotel administrator several times. And about cleaning the bathroom, don’t even think about stuttering.
It is disgusting to take a shower after the sea.
Terrible music. If you take a room with a sea view, then I suggest you hang yourself immediately. Turkish music will deafen you day and night, and do not rely on a variety of music, because the DJ has only one disc. Even earplugs do not help, it interferes with rest. And when the music stops playing, the noise from passing cars begins to get on the highway located next to the hotel.
Free alcoholic Turkish drinks (wine and "it's something") Wine is the usual cheap homemade brew. "It's something" is a white liquid reminiscent of the taste of medicine, which gives a white precipitate when mixed with water. I advise you to refrain. And the signature cocktails are just super, the offer to choose from is Turkish cola with wine, Turkish sprite with “this is something”, at least get drunk. You can only drink beer.
The hotel has a small swimming pool. I don't think you want to swim there.
Only Turks and Kurds “live” in it, and there is absolutely no bleach.
Turkish night. Every Saturday they have a Turkish night, when buying tickets we were told that this is a stunning spectacle with music and dancing, and all this is included in the tour price. In fact, this is a guest Turkish musician with his own speakers and a synthesizer, who has 3 hours of slow songs. And he also tries to joke between songs in Turkish, only Turks laugh. And in order to finally finish off, at the end the fat woman begins to dance two by two.

The sea is 30 seconds from the sea. Few Russians. Turks and Kurds predominate. Unlike our compatriots, they behave very culturally.
The staff behaves correctly in relation to vacationers.
It is better to refrain from visiting this hotel, ruin your whole vacation.
And do not believe the positive reviews of tourists posted on the sites about this hotel, I have the opinion that all this is written by the only Russian-speaking person in the hotel - the administrator.
