But, the floor is dirty and there were no shower accessories other than a shower cap, it's good that we had our own. After that, for three days they didn’t clean the room at all, even though we pressed the cleaning button every time. Removed only when called the reception. The following days were cleaned every day, if it could be called cleaning. Linen and towels for 9 nights changed 1 time. In the last 2 days, 2 pairs of new, children's shoes have disappeared... only we and the maid were in the room. they don't even understand English, let alone Russian.
