Ужасный муровейник Terrible anthill

I hope my review will be really useful to people instead of putting 10 stars. The hotel does not live up to its 5 star rating! As soon as we crossed the threshold of this hotel, the mood immediately deteriorated. Huge two blocks with long, as in a hostel, corridors. Approaching the reception, we were offered to first place our things in the luggage room and have breakfast while they prepare the documents for settlement. In the luggage room, a "surprise" was waiting for us in the form of an empty bottle of vodka, candy wrappers and film from suitcases. . .
We left our things and went to a restaurant. Having gone down to the restaurant, we immediately stumbled upon a huge queue... for COFFEE!! ! Soluble!! ! As it turned out, there is no custard in the hotel at all. The food is not bad, but there are queues everywhere. Having taken some food for ourselves and having stood for coffee (still not understanding what it is), we wandered in search of a place to sit down... We found one table near the garbage can and flies.
After eating and drinking "delicious" coffee, we went to see the beach. The beach is sooooooo small for so many people. The sunbeds are all "crammed" with towels, but not people! Lie somewhere. Returning to the reception, we decided to have a drink to cheer up, because obvious signs of bewilderment were read on the face...

At the bar at the reception, they took a cocktail in our own 200 g plastic cup : ))) Mixing the miracle ingredients, they kept splashing the bartender on the bartender’s hands and the counter... giving us sticky cups, we left them and went to wait for the guide for resettlement. Thank God the guide quickly decided everything and we immediately settled in another hotel. Two more couples also moved with us... It turned out that this is not news for the guide : ))
