Overall impression: I liked the hotel, it does not deserve its stars. most of the list is free with an asterisk, i. e. they require an additional payment for certain services. It doesn’t look like a club hotel, because. almost no discos. Young people have nothing to do but drink. In the evening there was a concert: quite interesting for both children and adults: The animators are very funny, they entertain children well, they know many languages.
Room: the furniture is already shabby, but it’s clear that it’s expensive, the room is not cleaned often, the audibility is good, the air conditioner worked well, there was only liquid soap and toilet paper in the bathroom, everything else looks like we should bring with us (even in 3 * hotels there is solid soap, toothpaste and other hygiene items). There is a safe in the form of a bedside table with a lock, the staff doesn’t seem to steal, but it’s better not to scatter the money, because they might consider it a tip.
Meals: The choice is large only for lunch and dinner, for every taste, but not for the majority. There are few tasty dishes, people didn’t touch most of the dishes, because they didn’t look appetizing. only Yuppie. The tea is just cloudy without taste. I haven’t tried alcohol, but the Russians didn’t like it.

The staff hardly speaks Russian. The waiters in the dining room clean your plates very quickly, sometimes they didn’t have time to eat. The linen in the room is not changed, the floors are not washed, only towels are changed and figures are made on the bed.
The hotel area is relatively large. It is always necessary to climb the hills along the paths around the territory.
The Turkish bath is not bad, but it’s a little annoying that they extort money (they asked to pay extra $ 10 for coffee peeling), then after the massage a physiotherapist allegedly came, examined me, found some kind of illness and said that I needed to urgently undergo a massage course, It was necessary to do it every day (40-50 dollars per session). It was a little uncomfortable.
The beach is far away, if measured in a straight line to the sea, it will be 700 m as stated, but in fact it is about 1 km. There is a free bus from the hotel to the beach, no air conditioning, but with a breeze. The beach is large, but you can swim only in a certain place, because there are a lot of stones in the water. The beach is clean. Beds and mattresses are washed every day.
Wi-Fi is free, available only on the first floor at the reception. In the evening, when there are a lot of people, it almost does not work.
The hotel guide (Yulia and Alla) seems to know little about the hotel itself. And they also spoke little important information about excursions.

The country itself was not very pleasant. With a smile they want to deceive. For example, in the dolphinarium it was forbidden for my husband to take pictures of me with a dolphin, because. they had their own photographer. But then for 1 photo (not of high quality) they demanded 20 dollars (about 500 rubles), the situation was the same at rafting: the truth was they asked only 5 dollars for a photo, but they forbade taking water with them. As it turned out later, they sold it, and people who spent several hours in the heat simply had nowhere to go but buy from them. I also think you should not buy excursions from strangers, because you can either just get to non-Russian speakers, or simply return. So it's better to overpay Pegasus (they are really expensive) but get good services. Also, all serving staff are used to demanding tips, regardless of the quality of their services.
