The hotel is really beautiful, comfortable, lived in two-story houses, rooms are small, without luxury, but generally normal. It is aimed at the Germans, of whom there are clearly 70 percent, 20 Poles, other Russians, only we were Ukrainians then. Therefore, honestly, Russian-speakers will clearly feel deprived of attention. Also be prepared that this hotel is aimed at a very quiet holiday for seniors and for people with small children.
Pros:
beautiful large area, green, flowering, well-groomed;
comfortable beach, with a beautiful pier, clean, warm sea;
many pools, cool children's water park.
Emir seems to be very pleased with the class administrator at the reception for Russian-speakers, as he learned that we are from Ukraine, settling us in almost 15 minutes, although we arrived around 10.00, it is possible that we were with a small child. If there were any problems, we had air conditioning, always solved quickly.

The rest of the staff is not so friendly, you can still note the staff at the bar behind the restaurant. The waiters are very unpleasant, never even approached, ran only near the Germans.
There was an unpleasant situation when a cat, who was constantly climbing in the restaurant, attacked our 3-year-old daughter, got stuck in her leg, blood ran, the child was terribly scared, I was probably even more shocked, no one even came, offered help, treated wounds. I am already silent to apologize, although everyone has seen. On the last day, there was a horror on the other floor of the restaurant, only two tables were free, but one was dirty and the other in a very inconvenient place. We asked the waiter to clear the table for us, he refused, rudely, told us to sit down for the second one, we waited and went for the other one, and imagine that there at the table the cat so specifically went to the toilet.
we called this waiter again, we say, it's normal to put people at such a table, sorry zero, just turned around and left, as a result, we moved to another area where the table was vacated. These are the most unpleasant situations we have had for rest.
Many bars, except the main restaurant, will not be hungry. But I can not attribute food to the pros or cons. There is actually a lot of food, but not everything is delicious. Of what you take, only half is delicious. Meat chicken, Indian, lamb, very spicy, we did not go at all. The fish is only sea bass and very tasty, everything else is just repetitive, very annoying. The most delicious breakfasts, more European, very cool and a variety of sweets, super coffee, only seasonal fruit.
Cons:
only one administrator speaks Russian, all the others mostly speak German, English is also difficult;
the work of the waiters is just awful;
internet is paid, not even in the lobby;
the work of the guide is also not very;
alcohol, except beer can not be drunk;
animation is very weak, all in German, but everyone at the concert for about an hour. Well, all the time went to the type of disco, except for two bartenders, no one was, the music is something ... )))

In general, not bad, you can go, but for less money, we certainly will not return.
