The room is as follows: small, 2 rooms for 3-4 people separated by an arch with a curtain, in front of a double bed - a sliding door to the bathroom without a lock and even a tight fit. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, the neighbors had a normal lottery. The balcony is big, we had - sea ? ? view with armchairs and table. There is a dryer.
Neighbors are well heard in the bathroom. The key card - one for all - is inconvenient. And went not to live in the room. Well-friendly women cleaned up, we left tea.
The food, of course, is not like in the five-star Armas, but it is quite good. From disagreements: no kefir for breakfast and cottage cheese cakes from the oven, gezel in the snack bar. Room - the hotel does not have double rooms, all 3 and 4-bed rooms, clean, tidy, air conditioning works, balcony with chairs for relaxing, hairdryer, 4 juices in the fridge, min. water is free. Cleaned up every day. They made us a surprise in the form of a bottle of wine and fruits (grapes, peaches, bananas, apples, plums) in the room, from the general director, which is very nice.
Kitchen-put 3 out of 5 (no fruit! ). Masked entry. Disinfectors at the entrance. The waiters themselves give food, all dishes are fenced off with transparent partitions, you show what you want. The food is monotonous, always from meat - mostly boiled chicken, 1 time deep-fried, beef, fish, there was practically no soy, ice cream. For breakfast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, well, milk balls, cereal, etc. There is no separate children's menu.
But the worst thing for us was the lack of fruit, plums, sliced orange and unsweetened watermelon (only for lunch and dinner). I wanted melons, peaches, at least, but c'est la vie, they did not wait.
At the bar near the beach - from 10 fried buns, from 12 burgers (with soy meat) with french fries, from 16 pies, bottled water is issued at your request, well, Fanta, Sprite, Pepsi. The downside is that while you are standing in line for a burger, you will already feel like eating, as everyone rows 4 or more portions, but this is a question for compatriots. In total, there is food, you can fill your stomach.
Beach - walk 3-4 minutes around the hotel, but there are few sunbeds, everyone is occupied at 5-6 in the morning and if you are an owl, you will be left without a sunbed (sunbeds are used for the whole day). The entrance to the sea is better on the right, in front of the neighboring hotel, there are no stones. The sea is very warm, clean, just a buzz!

When you come to the beach, most of the sunbeds are occupied, but during the day no one came to these sunbeds. Unfortunately the hotel has no control over this. I don’t think) . . during the day, when it’s hot, you can’t sit in the room without air conditioning.
Staff (Korean or Chinese) at the reception, arrogant and not friendly.
Wifi is not only paid, but it still barely pulls and only for one person.
The dining room is stuffy inside, there is no baby food, although the hotel is family-run, if your child is under two, then you have to ask for something normal to be cooked, if they refuse, then at the reception it is decided by a book of complaints.
Cleaning - uniform distribution of debris in the corners, and then not always. When you move in, a lot is left of the previous guests. And if there is no money, for a dollar, then they may not come in
The territory of the hotel is divided by the carriageway
Alcohol: beer is usually diluted with water, strong drinks are dangerous.
Having visited many places in Turkey, I can say that this hotel pulls a maximum of 3-, because 3-shka in Bulgaria does "it" at a time. Read, read the reviews, I didn't and ruined my family's holiday

Everything is good at the hotel, the room was cleaned, the food is just excellent, you can give the hotel 4 *++ food, very diverse, a lot of things, there was ice cream and fruit. For children, just a wonderful hotel, there is a playground with an animator, and other entertainment. We left the children on the territory, went to the market, everything went without problems. We have a second child - a teenager, he also found classes, they also had snacks there: hamburgers, fries, cheesecakes. The kids love it, and so do we. The territory is not very large, there are about 20 two-story bungalows, there is a mini zoo, everything is green, everything is beautiful, everything is watered. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel, sunbeds are free, everything is free, there are umbrellas, sand, it is convenient to enter the water, it is convenient to swim. Tourists from Ukraine should expect that there are many tourists from Russia in this hotel, but everything was fine, we did not quarrel, they were all family there, but this must be taken into account. When we rested, our family was the only one from Ukraine, there was one family of Belarusians, and 150 people from Russia. Everything is close enough outside the hotel. Once a week there was an imported market where they sold vegetables, fruits, a lot of clothes, but cheaper. We also went to Alanya, we wanted to skimp there, but as it turned out, it was cheaper to skimp in the market, which was a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The prices there are lower, but the choice may be a little less than in Alanya.

When we were supposed to fly back home, they even forgot us at the hotel, confusing us with some other tourists from another hotel. I do not recommend going to this hotel, nor do I recommend dealing with Join Up.
