Let me disagree with the negative reviews, because after reading them we were very upset that we chose this hotel as the venue for the long-awaited vacation. However, everything turned out much better than we expected.
It is possible that at the height of the season it is problematic both with sunbeds on the beach and with the ventilation of the restaurant, but in September we did not notice the above problems at all!

The TERRITORY is beautiful, green, well-groomed, gorgeous palm trees, bright flowers, everything is wonderful.
SETTLEMENT goes quickly, they clearly hint at a tip, but it's not worth it, all the rooms are almost the same, we didn't give anything.
FOOD is good, the food is delicious, quite varied. We talked with many people from other hotels, so things were worse with them, they didn’t even see meat, even chicken at all.
Here the chefs are trying, everyone is very attentive and friendly, they cook perfectly, no one complained about malnutrition, and they feed something all day long: in addition to the main meals - sandwiches, donuts, french fries, tortillas, cookies.
BEACH - everything is super, clean, there is plenty of space, free sunbeds were ALWAYS, both at 9 am and at 11 or in the afternoon! there was no need to leave towels at 6-7 in the morning, there was always a place both in the shade and in the sun. The length of the beach is not 20 meters, as in most Turkish hotels, especially urban ones. The sea is clean and warm. If our compatriots didn’t screw around and watch their children, it would be just gorgeous.
MINUSES:
NUMBERS for 3+, I put a three because it's awesome audibility and lack of water pressure if the neighbors wash. Otherwise, everything is OK, the linen is clean, not washed, towels too, cleaning regularly, of normal quality.
True, Turkish women do not understand either English or Russian, nevertheless they do their job well.

ANIMATION - I do not want to offend Misha's fans, but as for me, it is practically absent. I have something to compare with, and so: during the day no one works with children, there is no gymnastics and aqua aerobics, you can fall asleep at evening programs, Misha himself learned a couple of vulgarities and is trying to leave on this. The only thing is that in the evening the animators work well with children.
Although the animation on vacation is far from the main thing, we entertained ourselves and were quite satisfied.
I also want to add that we took EXCURSIONS at the Berfin Tour street agency, this is to the right of the Lonicera Shopping Center. Everything is super, they were very satisfied, there is their representative Rafik on the beach, you can take prospectuses from him and get acquainted. They have everything 15-30 dollars cheaper than the guides, and the quality is the same.
They only took a trip to the Turkish bath "Harem" from the guide - wasted time and money, I strongly recommend - do not take it, it's just awful, especially if you know what a real Turkish bath is.
The bath itself is located in the basement, there is no ventilation, the flow of people is huge, unsanitary conditions, the service, to put it mildly, is not very good.
CONCLUSION: the hotel is good, though not expensive, it's worth the trip, don't even hesitate! I think that the sea, beautiful nature, friendly staff and Turkey itself will not leave anyone indifferent.
