Initially, I was looking for not just a hotel, but a hotel with a bungalow or a villa. Our choice fell on this hotel. As you understand, there are many family rooms everywhere, with a bungalow it is more difficult. And here is the check-in at one in the morning. We are 3 adults and two children aged 3 and 9. The first thing that alerted me was the switch in the hands of the conductor. The switch collapsed from being pressed in his hands . . Going out onto the terrace, I saw the cables from the air conditioners lying on the floor. But it was night outside and we went to bed. In the morning, the first thing I did was go to the reception and it started...... for 3 days we went there every now and then, we didn’t want to go to the family room, since we focused ourselves specifically on the villa. During these three days, the switch was repaired for us, the cables were removed, the door was removed from the closet, otherwise it cannot be opened, they are too close to the bed. replaced the safe. since when entering any password, it can be easily opened with a combination of 6 zeros. On the second day, blinds from the second floor fell on our terrace, thank God we were inside, they could remove it only the next day, after our 3 remarks. The general condition of the villa is even not 3 stars. . we were put down. on the 3rd day we reached the hotel manager, after listening to us, he said thanks for the information and offered another family room. As a result, we measured up, coming to the brilliant idea that the room was not the main thing. A huge new water park for children and their program, of course, covered all the minuses. The children were delighted, they do not care where to sleep, the main thing is a foam party every day, a show with raster puppets and a carousel swing.
We were not lucky with the sea, the entrance was heavy and there were waves, we forgot to take slippers for the sea. A couple of days before leaving, they made the stairs from the pier acceptable for descent and life improved.
Food drinks are nothing special, but the waiters are great - they try, the area is clean, the queues are not long.
Did I come back . . and yes and no . . it all depends on price and quality, I'm afraid next year they will raise prices, but whether the quality will rise is a question. although maybe we just got drunk : ). Have a good holiday everyone! photo attached below

Of the vacationers - 80% Slavs (mostly Russians), 20% - Germans, Czechs.
Of the minuses: Russians behave very boorishly. Sometimes it was even a shame for them.
This is not my first time in Turkey, I have never seen such Wi-Fi, it even catches on the beach! Viber can be used anywhere! Sometimes the connection is interrupted, but I think this is normal. Separately, I will highlight the service staff - they are trying so hard - compliments, attention, cleaning at the highest level. We solve any issue! All entertaining evenings end at 23-00, who then wants entertainment - they take him to a disco in Alanya and bring him too. If we talk about shortcomings, then of course they are, like in any hotel, but they are not so important to discuss them. And of course, I can't help mentioning the local Superman photographer : ), at first I didn't want to do a photo session, but believe me, these people with a sense of humor will make it fun and enjoyable. Bargain) Special thanks to the director of the hotel Ozi, he tries very hard and loves all the customers! And leave Hiji Iji for tea (I think that's his name) - the bartender in the beach bar works after 17-00, he really works very hard and deserves that money. Food - everything is very tasty, there is a lot of fruit, we were in May - watermelon, apples, apples, peaches, nectarines, cherry plums, oranges, medlar. Every day a new hot menu, it seems to me that we constantly did what we chewed. The snack bar has a pretty good selection. And even when it closes at 17-00 in the interval before dinner they bring a table with cookies and fruit. In short, you won't leave hungry, that's for sure.
Near the Alara Bazar hotel, there are also pharmacies and markets, 7 minutes walk. Or by free bus.
To the hotel management, add at least a little bit of lemons to the tea to add fruit))) I really like tea with lemon, I had to take it from serving the main dishes) Well, these are trifles.
Advice to a tourist - if you need something or some question arises, speak right away - everything is solved sooo quickly! In our case, I took a small tourist iron and the plug in their outlet did not fit, everything was decided very quickly! The beach is pebbly, if you have special slippers - take it. Although I didn’t need them, I swam from the pier! Impressions are very good, I recommend!
