We went to Turkey for the first time. In general, the rest is not bad. But, we expected a lot more from the rest. There is no entertainment in the hotel. It is located 12 km from Alanya in the village of Mahmutlar. Boring things!!!! ! Travel agencies would do well to tell the truth, and not shove anything, caring only about their agency!!! ! Moreover, we said that we were going for the first time and we were counting on positive impressions.

The sea is very beautiful, Alanya itself is also pretty. But!!! ! We won't go there again. If to the Mediterranean Sea, then we'd better go to Europe.

If you want to relax comfortably, then you are clearly not here, although judge for yourself. I had a rest at the beginning of June 2006 at the Club Alanka hotel - 3, all inclusive. Let's get it right. The scorching sun met us in Antalya, great weather. The bus ride takes two hours to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am.

The scorching sun met us in Antalya, great weather. The bus ride takes two hours to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am. kind, sweets and those are not sweet, dry. But okay, food was not the main thing for me, there would be some fruits, vegetables. But who eats with men who like to eat meat well, then you should not go to this hotel.
The rooms are not big, they clean every day, the TV-set is ORT international. The air conditioner works only 2 hours at night from 23.00-01.00. The day of arrival left waiting to take a shower from the road, which did not work, and besides, there was no hot water. In general, the Turks have a problem with water, they heat it with solar panels. If you came from the beach after 18.00 or arrived late from an excursion, hot water and do not hope, you have to wait for the next day for it to heat up.
The staff speaks good Russian, but vacationers in this hotel are 95% Ukrainians, Russians, 5% Turks.
If you are forced to exchange dollars for lira, in no case do not change a large amount. You will only need lira for fruit if you want to buy extra at the market. Everything else is in dollars.
It is more profitable to buy excursions directly in the village 30 meters from the hotel. It is 30% cheaper there, but do not forget, wherever you go on an excursion at the beginning of a shopping tour in an unlimited amount of time, and for what you went on an excursion, it will take only a couple hours.
The beach is not bad, but not sandy, as promised in the travel agency, but pebbles. Entry into the sea is very poor, at first it is very deep and there are many large stones.
Always, no matter what happens, rely only on yourself. The guide does not come at the appointed time, moreover, he will pick up the return tickets for the plane and only before the departure with a big scandal will he give it back. Don't trust the Turks.

Dear future tourists! We want to share our impressions about Turkey, in particular, about the Club Alanka hotel in Alanya. And at the same time, warn against negative emotions. So, a 3 * hotel, "All Inclusive" services, i. e. "all inclusive". In fact, everything is not as cloudless as they promise. We were there in September-October and the air conditioner no longer worked, despite the terrible heat.

Yes, there is air conditioning in every room, but in order for it to work, you need to pay a deposit of $ 10 at the reception, which will be returned upon departure from the hotel. And so, when we applied for the remote control of the air conditioner with a deposit, we received a devastating answer: "It's not the season anymore, the air conditioners don't work. " But the season in Turkey is from May 1 to October 31, and the hotel is full of people. Since it was impossible to sleep with the window closed because of the heat, and with the window open because of the annoying mosquitoes, we came to the reception again. The answer was no worse than before; we were asked $7 for each day the air conditioner was on. Given the 2 weeks of stay, the amount was not weak, especially against the background of the fact that, in fact, ALL INCLUSIVE (that is, everything was paid in advance when buying a ticket). With all this, even if we had paid the required money, the air conditioner would only work during strictly defined hours.
The hotel itself is located along the highway, the beach is across the road, and when we were there, the road was widened - the impression that you live at a construction site. The beach is with small pebbles, the bottom is rocky, the sun loungers are broken, you need your own towels for the beach, mattresses for money ($ 1.5 per person per day). And the pebbles are so dusty from the road that after the beach it was necessary to wash not so much from the salt as from the adhering dust. By the way, the underground passage to the beach does not work.
The room is cleaned every day, but cleaning is limited to a vacuum cleaner; towels are changed every three days. Miserable pieces of soap were put in our room only 1 (! ) Once, I’m not talking about shower gel and shampoo - they simply weren’t there. Since we were vacationing with two children, we had the bare necessities with us, including soap, laundry detergent, and soda to wash dishes for the little one. By the way, their laundry is awesome at a cost: one thing - $ 1. Considering a one-year-old child and the daily described panties in wild quantities, you can easily fly into the pipe.
The food for three rubles was good, although somewhat monotonous, but the fruits were diversified - everything except pineapples and bananas.
But this, as they say, particulars. All in all, I didn't like it. The Turks have become completely insolent, they are rude, they only send in Russian like that, they call them names, while pretending that they don’t understand Russian, they don’t understand English, but the Germans are openly licked asses. Bargaining - no haggling, prices go off scale for everything, even for the Turks themselves, and the prices for everything are in euros; it is possible and dollars, but there will be more. Yes, and the vaunted Turkish service is only in words - well, there is no such service there! Yes, and the guide of the meeting side works for Turkey to the fullest. Even if she or he is 10 times Russian, but the attitude towards us is completely Turkish. They offer you excursions to different places, for example, Pamukkale for $ 60, and on the street in any travel agency THE SAME for $ 23. Happy holidays!

I was with my wife in late May - early July 2005. I liked everything very much. Animators Misha, Mir - very cool, especially Misha. Excursions at the hotel are very expensive, so we took them from agencies in Alanya, then in Mahmutlar, we were also very pleased with them. I really liked the food, I put on a few kilos.

I really liked the food, I put on a few kilos. My wife was also delighted, especially the fruit. We went to a disco in Alanya with animators. Admission is free, but at the disco the prices are limitless - beer 6 bucks, etc. , etc. I would advise you to "recharge" at the bar before leaving for the disco, anyway it's free (this is if you don't have a lot of money with you, and it's better to spend it on souvenirs and excursions later).
I do not advise you to go to Turkey at all in the summer. The best time is May or September. It's terribly hot there in the summer. Well, it's an amateur. I put the hotel 5 points, based on the ratio "price - quality"!
