The only advantage of the hotel is the beach and the sea (although neither one nor the other is its property, so it's probably not worth attributing them to the advantages of the hotel). The sea is wonderful, the beach is very good, a beautiful view of the fortress and mountains. The only negative is the paid sunbeds and umbrellas ($ 6 for an umbrella and a sunbed), but it was good on a towel under the sun, especially since the hotel is a three-minute walk away. The rest was spoiled by the ubiquitous Turkish "machos", silently and continuously pursuing me and my girlfriends both at sea and on the shore, and it was useless to explain to them that their presence was undesirable, since the natives do not speak any language other than Turkish. The hotel staff also does not speak Russian, and the Russian guide does not care about tourists. The guide talked to us twice: the first time - on arrival, when she actively sold excursions at unrealistic prices, and the second time, when she said goodbye to us in a very dry, businesslike way.
Separately, I would like to dwell on the cleaning of the rooms. On the second day of our stay at the hotel, towels were changed and the room was cleaned. At this point, the hospitality of the hotel staff seemed to have dried up, because our room was not cleaned anymore, although the bar was checked daily.
By the way, about the bar of the restaurant. Alcohol is bred godlessly, drinks are poured very reluctantly and each time less and less. What to say about alcohol, when even coffee was diluted! Although Turkish beer is very personal, there is one drawback: in the glass - half foam, half beer. What can you do? Cleo Mare Hotel!!!

If we talk about the kitchen, I did not like the monotony. Breakfast was a guess as to what would be for lunch. There is no variety on the menu, but you won't go hungry either. Pleased with the abundance of fruits (watermelons, peaches, plums, grapes, melons).
In general, the hotel is so-so, it pulls for a three. No entertainment, only Turkish music. Saved by the fact that in the evening it was possible to go out into the city. By the way, there are cool discos. Although we were in Turkey for the first time, we expected better.
In general, I do not recommend anyone to go to Cleo Mare Hotel. Even my mother-in-law.
