Settled in 5 minutes. immediately after filling out the questionnaire - no problems, no money. Room on the 1st floor of building B, overlooking the hotel area and neighboring hotels, downstairs partially to the restaurant! The rooms in building B are clean with a fresh renovation, without foreign smells - but it's time to change the carpet. and the tiles in the toilet room are clean, but of course, it is clear that they have been laid for a long time. Another minus is the lack of family rooms. we rested with 2 children and wanted a little more comfort. The representative from Pegasus did not bother much, but he was always in sight and if there were questions, he told everything quite competently. By the way, I managed to go on excursions in Israel - that's something. If you have the opportunity, be sure to use and visit the Holy Land - it's worth it!!!!! ! The food in Relax is very decent - there is something to compare with, not in every 5 * you will find this and it is very tasty. They do not add spicy spices - they are available separately and lovers can feast on them, so everything is quite suitable for children. every three days there was ice cream - no limit in portions, eat as much as you like! Good animation - well done guys! the area is quite neat. beautiful, very clean. go to Relax - you will like it!!! !
