People!! ! I don’t understand the impression that you went to SunGate to rest ! ! This is a great hotel for 4 * and for the money.
Here is my opinion for you:
1) Yes, there are rows of greenhouses and cows grazed about 300 meters away, but there is no smell there and close. No there is no photoshop, do not invent.
2) The food is normal, there is soy, but every day there was fish in several varieties and also chicken, very tasty, a sea of various vegetables, and besides VINEGAR there are a couple of types of oils, mayonnaise and some other dressings. There are few sweets, but for the level of this hotel it is normal. Watermelons, melons and some other Turkish fruits.
3) The rooms are good, hot water is CONSTANT, hair dryer, air conditioning never broke down, it works both day and night, so about a power outage it's not true!!! ! Rooms are cleaned DAILY, and towels and sheets are changed constantly.
We did not leave a single dollar to the cleaners, but every day they laid out beautiful sheets for us and even put flowers there, it was very nice : ))
4) Good people work at the reception, especially we had a good guide Wahid (although we went from another tour operator), he solved all the problems for us (which we didn’t have : )
5) Animation starts from 12:00 until the evening, for families with children it's just super! ! Funny. But of course this is more of a children's animation. Do you go there with animation to have fun or something ?? ? : ))
6) The sea is good, sunbeds, mattresses are free, the beach bar is free.
Cons - The disco on the territory is bad, expensive and the music is not very good. For those who like good disco I SUGGEST to walk 10 minutes from the Hotel there is a Disco "Summer Garden" - admission is free, drinks inside are very expensive. The contingent is excellent, people come even from Alanya, Disco is worse there : )) At the entrance there is a face, dress control, a weapon check. The security is excellent, the music is the bomb!!!
If not for this Disco would be boring in the evenings of course. The bar is open until 23:00.
I also advise you to go to the Disco - Pirate Night on a Yacht in Alanya itself (35 USD) you will feel super! ! And for shopping you can go to Alanya on a passing bus that runs every 10 minutes for 1 dollar : ))
MY OPINION: if you are looking for a cheap vacation, a calm tan during the day and a super disco in the evening, then this hotel is FOR YOU : ))
