Отвратительный отель, не советую! Грязь и безразличие везде! Terrible hotel, do not recommend! Filth and indifference everywhere!

We are currently in this hotel. In Turkey (in this region, Konakli village) 5 times. This hotel is the worst ever. We flew to this hotel based on reviews, but, apparently, they are written by non-existent people, or by people who are in Turkey for the first time. Upon arrival, we were given one key to the room and the rules of staying at the hotel ($2 safe per day, $10 internet for the entire period (but it doesn’t work at all - even text messages, not to mention pictures and videos), for all fines - lost the key - $40, ruined something - payment in the triple (! ) Size, while they do NOTHING for the guests. The room was very dirty, with used bedding and towels. Hair, toothpicks, pads were lying around. Someone wiped it with a towel - something ass, and more than once (this is not a joke). Horrified by what they saw, they went to the reception, they promised to change everything. (And then, if you ask for something at the reception, they pretend that they don’t understand Russian, although, the hotel is 95% composed of Russian-speaking tourists) As a result, a day passed, nothing changed, they approached the hotel guide, Valeria (the guide, very arrogant, if something was answered not to "taste" - she ignores what she subsequently did) promised to sort it out. After dinner, they came to the room and saw that there were no towels in the bathroom, they were glad that they had changed, but what a disappointment it was to see the towels hung on the balcony (in poop) and the floor was dirty! I again went to the reception, at first they pretended that they did not understand, but when I started yelling and demanding to be relocated to another hotel, they immediately started talking in Russian! As a result, they wiped the floor a little and gave water and towels. The food is disgusting, there is practically no choice, all the dishes are chipped (everyone hurts lips and hands), however, they tried to make borscht and chicken soup - they tasted good, otherwise, disappointment. Animation is neither adult nor childish. In the evening there are no entertainment programs, only disco (for a fee). Everything is on the territory of Caretta Beach, where the guard in a rude form does not let you in with Caretta Relax. The staff is unfriendly, there is a small market nearby - they deceive you strongly and impudently. Adults don’t ride on slides - the pool is very shallow and adults, having moved down the hill, hit the bottom painfully (this is with a weight of 50 kg, I’m not talking about more. . sunbeds at 9 am are all busy, people throw towels and leave, although the hotel rules say that an employee will walk and clean towels that have been lying for a long time, but no one does this. . . The sea is dirty, there are a lot of people on the sea, everyone is pushing in the water, you can’t swim without special slippers - sharp stones and slabs are everywhere, there is no pantone. . . We arrived with a great desire to relax and with a positive attitude, but even if you close your eyes to everything, you will hardly be able to have a good rest, because you know that for this money you can relax many times (! ) better in other hotels. . . after the end of the "rest" I will write more about the "surprises" of this hotel.
