I was at the hotel from August 6 to August 13.2008! in principle, I liked everything! We arrived at about 17-00! At the reception, the administrator Jamil (very kind, Russian-speaking, friendly) settled us in 15-20 minutes. we were given a normal room with a view not on the greenhouses!
Pros:
- The room is cleaned every day!
- the water changed every day too!
- Bath towels were changed for us, as needed (as requested)!
- Sunset in the sea is just very good, they came to us from other hotels to swim!
- The food is good and varied.
- The staff is very friendly!
- There is a children's disco (from 21:10-21-30)
- Free jacuzzi, sauna
- Paid gym, massage
Minuses:
- The animation is very bad (both for adults and for children), the only animator Masha could communicate normally with children, Olesya is generally a useless animator!
- There was no volleyball (they either stole the ball from them, or tore it....)
- a very small area near the hotel, so the queue at the restaurant
- a deposit of $20 is required for remotes from the air conditioner and TV
