Property and cleaning:
In appearance, an adequate rectangular building is in fact cut into absolutely meaningless, the rooms can form irregular trapeziums or polygons, and at the same time, the bathrooms can have a disgustingly small area (30 cm wide passage to the toilet).
Room cleaning consisted of covering the bed with a waffle towel, which, according to the owners, should be used as a duvet cover.
No one cleaned the shower area for 9 days and at the end it looked like a person was dissolved in it with acid, from which particles of sand and hair remained.
All soap and shampoo consumables are exhibited once before the room is returned and are no longer replenished.
Essno 2 jars of 20 ml of shampoo for 9 days for 2 people are useless a little more than completely.
Food:
Average food is ok. There are tasteless things, there are relatively tasty ones, the assortment changes very little. It remains a mystery why in August watermelons were put up 2 times a week, but there was no corn at all (although outside the hotel they sell it every 30 meters). There was an attempt to make sushi - and it failed: partly by the poor preparation of the rice, partly by the senseless lack of chopsticks and possibly getting some sauce.
By the way, we did not understand where there are intermediate snacks and other goodies - we only found food in the main dining room for breakfast / lunch / dinner.
The drinks:
In short, there is nothing to drink except water. They tried to drink instant coffee from the machine in the morning due to the lack of choice. Instead of juices - traditional health-threatening powders. Alcohol is essno disgusting: both distillates and wines.
Life hack: you buy normal bottles of wines from other countries in the store and take them with you to the canteen.
Separately, it is necessary to mention the absolutely idiotic system with beach towels. In the hotel of a normal person, upon check-in, a couple of cards are issued for towels, which are actually exchanged for towels and then back.
In the same hotel smoker:
1. At the reception, you need to separately ask for cards for towels that you need to take to the "spa"
2. The "spa" requires a deposit of $ 5 for each and with a high probability you go back to the room for money
3. Instead of cards and dollars, they give out a piece of paper (such as a check, they also call it a "card") and the actual towels
4. Then, in order to return your towels, you need to look for an unfortunate piece of paper, even taking into account the fact that the issuance of towels is tied to numbers and you call out your number. Accordingly, it is impossible to return dollars without a stupid piece of paper
Quarry:
It is impossible to express the surprise when we entered the sea and found flat slippery stone slabs. During this period there was a slight wind, respectively, the waves pretty much threw us over these very stones. Stones at different angles, between them there can be holes up to 50 cm, sharp edges and other "joys". No matter how carefully we tried to get in / out, no one got out without small cuts and injuries.
WiFi:
Well, formally it is, but there are absolutely stupid repeaters without antennas, incorrectly distributed channels (1.1, 4 instead of 2.5, 8 or something like that), the session limit by passport number and in general this whole jungle stably falls every 1-2 hours for several minutes .
Well, instead of a conclusion, when you go to this kind of All Inclusive - take a wad of money with you : ) Because sunbeds on your native beach are paid, you need a deposit for towels, 1.5 liters of free water is enough only for the first day (buy the rest), and drinking water / cola for more than a week is not cool.
For fans of animation, it is practically not there, but we liked it. Food: the food there was solid 4 * everything was tasty and varied, with fruits there were melons, watermelons, grapes, plums, apples, etc. 2 times they gave sushi, but they are not the same as in our sushi bars, but they were still surprised by such a menu. At the reception, a nice Russian-speaking girl.
From the minuses, these are sun loungers for $ 2 per person, and be careful if you went for lunch and did not leave anything, upon arrival from lunch they may require payment, we observed such a picture, so keep in mind. As for the frill in the room, we didn’t like it, despite the fact that they left a tip, they were not cleaned very well and several times during a 7-day stay. I can definitely say that the hotel is quite consistent with 4 *.
I want to say about excursions in Pamukal, it’s very beautiful, cool, but don’t go there from Alanya, it’s very long and far, then swimming in the Cleopatra pool for a fee is not included in the price of the tour from (TUI).
And do not forget to visit the mountain near Cleopatra Beach and on the beach itself, bus number 1 goes there right along the promenade and costs 3 lira.
Not to be confused with the hotel of the same name in Kemer : )
Rested with a family of 4 people in August 2017. From Kyiv.
Family suite in the distant (but quiet! ) case. The sea is visible. : ) 2-room suite with 2 balconies. 1 bed is large and 2 are separate for children.
I travel a lot for work in different countries. This is a real 4 star hotel.
The room has a kettle / glasses / cups / 4 types of tea / sugar.
Cleaning every day. Sometimes they left 3 lira tips.
Change of towels 4 large / 4 small / 1 under the feet every other day.
Quiet comfortable hotel. There are practically no Russians. Germans, British, French, Turks.
Free wifi is low speed and catches at the reception and by the pool.
Very good for digital detox. : )
On the beach buffet with sandwiches and soft drinks. Sunbeds are paid.
Rooftop restaurant. With a view you want the sea, you want the mountains, you want the fortress. Sometimes even in 5 * they don’t feed like that. Fish every day. Heap of fruit. Everything is very delicious.
The staff is wonderful, friendly and attentive.
Excellent draft Efes, local whiskey, brandy, vodka, white and red local dry wine. Don't drink wine! : )
For a week 2 fun: Turkish dances and live music. Enough. : )
The center of Alanya can be reached on foot along the chic promenade or in an air-conditioned bus.
I didn’t like Kemer itself, there is absolutely nowhere to go, the hotel is on the hotel : ( The sea is far from the hotel, 350-400 meters, the beach is small, there are not enough sun loungers. But I didn’t need them, I don’t like sun loungers, I just disdain, to be honest. They took towels with them and laid them on the stones and sunbathed as much as they liked.
I’ll also say something about the sun loungers, they weren’t enough for one reason, the reason for this was our compatriots who, in my opinion, “clogged” the sun loungers from the night, putting their towels and slippers on them and after that not appearing there even once a day. At the hotel there was the same story with sunbeds by the pool and with seats in the restaurant. Personally, I watched the family eat, but the towel was not removed from the chairs, like "their table", so that they could sit down at it again for dinner. So the problem is very big. I especially didn’t like how people rushed for food, although there was a lot of food. I would advise you to go to a meal 30 minutes after the start of the distribution. Particularly greedy by this time are already quarreling in a crush for food, overeat and go home and you can calmly come to a restaurant and eat, without queues! It is necessary to take life easier. Happy holidays everyone!
Crossing the road, which is necessary to get to the beach, is life-threatening. Cars do not even think to slow down. And the pool at the hotel (the only one! ) - well, such a tiny one... By the way, beer in a bar on the beach - also for money.
Vacationers are mostly Germans, Dutch. From communication with them, I realized that there was no choice either - I had to take a ticket in advance (in August).
No animation. The only lady who was engaged in entertaining the guests (however, exactly how and when - I did not understand) was a slutty-looking Turkish woman.
In the evening, everyone seemed to be playing bingo - at the pool bar, where you couldn't get through. The hotel rooms are more than mediocre, linen causes slight disgust.
The only advantage of the hotel is the high (7th floor) located restaurant, it is especially beautiful in the evening. So I was not lucky with the rest in August. For those who will read the review and think (as I usually do) that the impressions of the rest are always subjective, I recommend that you take a closer look at the photos of the hotel and its location - on seven roads, this already says something.
