I ask tour operators Anex-tour not to exclude this hotel from the list. Really liked it a lot. We went there for a reason. Certainly not a 5* hotel. It doesn't look like much, but it's ok. The staff is very friendly, but they don't speak Russian. It's also lucky that the hotel is located right in the center.

Quite a decent hotel. corresponds to its stars. the location is very convenient. everything is nearby. embankment, discos, shops. the staff is very good. special shout out to Ismail (bartender) cool guy! Ali (reception) is also good, friendly. Ibrahim (moreover, Ibrahim and Ismail are the same person! ) I was so surprised to see them together. In general, the hotel is good for not fussy. the food is not so varied. everything is very tasty and fresh.
We want to go there again.

I went to this hotel from 28.08 to 05.09. 2013. Pros. The sea is nearby, there are sunbeds, cleaned, the beach is sandy. The room was tidy. The rooms are cleaned daily. Minuses. The staff does not speak Russian. Understands English. There is no pool, although there is everywhere in the photo (the pool of the neighboring hotel).

Not all rooms have air conditioning (I didn't). I had to sleep with open windows overlooking the road and restaurants. Fan didn't work. After a shower, there was a puddle on the floor. The towels were never changed. But most importantly, there was not enough food. I'm not talking about variety or quality (also suffered). It just wasn't enough. So there was a queue for the opening. This is very humiliating. But not everyone had enough in line. Drinks were not always available. There was no TV, but there is in the description.

Eternal problems with water (out of 10 days there was no hot water for 4 days, and every day at all), many went to the nearby beach to wash in wooden cabins. The light also goes out intermittently. The elevator does not work 2-3 times a day, what a terrible thing it is.
If you didn’t come up to the beginning of breakfast (lunch, dinner), then that’s it - go for a walk, Vasya! And what they offer cannot be called food. Chicken was 2 times, 2 times meatballs, and 2 times nuggets and that's it. The rest of the food is vegetables, rice, for some reason cold pasta. There are no pastries, the last 2 days there was watermelon, apples and grapes.
Bedding and towels for 10 days did not change even once. True, the garbage was thrown out every day, and the floor was wiped once.
Why does Anex write that there was a repair in 12? There were no repairs for many years, the plumbing was terrible and not washed, the walls were smudged.
Air conditioners do not work in all rooms (20% of all). If you're lucky, it will work, but if not, then a 38-degree blower. Safe at the reception, paid (1 dollar).
Had the dubious pleasure of living on the 4th floor, overhead bar. Parties take place every single day, then Russians compete in singing and dancing until 2-3 o'clock in the morning, then Turks dance national dances, but these are more modest until 12 and that's it. There is no sound insulation in principle, earplugs do not save.
There is NO pool! Although Aneks assures that he is, and the photo of the neighboring hotel shows.
The sea is nearby and this is the only plus. The beach and sun loungers are always clean and free. But this did not change the general impression.

the hotel is just a miracle....we spent three days there in July 2013... from the very beginning of the arrival I began to surprise... we arrived....at the reception they pretended that they did not understand us, although as it turned out, they did not know Russian well... given the key, told where to go..

the hotel is just a miracle....we spent three days there in July 2013... from the very beginning of the arrival I began to surprise... we arrived....at the reception they pretended that they did not understand us, although as it turned out, they did not know Russian well... given the key, told where to go.... climbing with heavy bags up the spiral staircase, we saw candles everywhere. . . because there was no light.... it never appeared before our departure!!! tired after flight. we decided to swim... and....there is NO water either!... and there was no more....believing in the promises that everything would be in an hour... we thought about taking things apart... a transformer cabinet - a handle when opening remains in the hand, the towel is dirty and torn... but this is nothing compared to the fact that we were not alone in the room, cute ants were next to us... it’s not real to sleep....it seemed that someone was constantly after you it crawls....in general, the hotel is not like a troika....1 with two minuses....the hotel is "all off"

It is a paradise. Who has not been yet - you are welcome, if you manage to buy a tour here. Just one family, we just said goodbye to all the staff with tears, we just miss now and can't wait for the next visit to our Plaza !! !
