The reception is very small, dark and not clean. We were taken into circulation by a specially trained woman, Vera, who is the only one who speaks Russian. They didn't give it to us - the guy at the bar said - you can either have tea or beer : ))) And you can't take two teas in a row either. And it's all-inclusive : )
By the way, for the first time I met a hotel in Turkey-Egypt, which does not give citrus fruits (3 days before departure, tangerines did appear).
Wi-fi is available only at the reception.
There is no bar in the refrigerator (and we didn’t expect it), the refrigerator itself barely cools while we are in the room and completely heats up during the day when we are not there : )

Umbrellas and sun loungers are paid (30 lira for two sunbeds and an umbrella), but you can buy at the hotel for 24 lira. The beaches are all clean. The room is clean, all furniture is in good condition. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Everything worked. The balcony is large, two chairs and a table, there is a place to dry clothes, but without a view (it didn’t bother us because we went to the sea in the morning, then to the city, and late in the evening to the room).
The food is excellent, varied. Large selection of desserts (everything melted in your mouth). Fruits were served (amazing grapes, watermelon, plums, apples, ) to choose from during all meals. Fish, beef, chicken. Delicious rice, eggs (surprised themselves) soups, mashed potatoes. All food is freshly prepared, the chef was preparing pancakes and scrambled eggs right in front of us. Large selection of snacks. The hostess controls the work of the staff and the serving of dishes. In the bar, the beer is normal, the wine is not very good, they drink mostly whiskey-cola, gin-sprite. In the bar you can take coffee from the machine (very tasty), tea, soda at any time. Free drinks until 22:00, then only for a fee.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of bars, cafes, shops, souvenir shops. In 7-10 minutes at a slow pace, you can walk to the funicular, which will take you to the top of the fortress for 22 lira, where stunning views of Alanya open up. To Mavi, USPA, Waikiki stores; the street of nightclubs can be reached on foot or by bus number 4 (ticket at the entrance 4 lira).
The owner of the hotel is very attentive, friendly, kind. He is always in the hotel and solves all issues immediately.

Clean (tablecloths, cutlery, utensils; even pleased with the appearance of the waiters! We went to the Dolphin beach - it’s also clean and the entrance to the sea is excellent! We took a blanket and an umbrella - it’s very nice to lie on the warm sand! The weather was great all the rest. From this side of the mountain I liked more the sea-entrance and the beach! Within walking distance of 1 km - Damlatash cave - 6 lira, funicular with a walk through the fortress - 18 lira per person, embankment with a walk on a yacht, red fortress - 6 lira, awesome parks of Alanya - everything is close! In general, we strongly recommend!! !
