Hello. From 20.09 to 3.10 we rested: I, my girlfriend and my adult daughter, in the Avena resorte & spa hotel, which we fell in love with last year, in Alanya, Obagol district. Despite all the nitpicking of those who have previously written about this hotel, I remain fully convinced that EVERYTHING suited me both last and this year. The furniture in the lobby is a little old - the upholstery of the chairs is rubbed at the ends. Paid Wi-Fi has not fallen in price. And everything else remained the same. No complaints about the food at all. The staff is smiling and polite. It is clear that with a brush, on their knees, maids do not crawl on the floor. But, if you turn on the key asking for cleaning - towels, bedding will be changed, the bed will be made, there will be water in the refrigerator, soap and water will lie in the bathroom along with matches, cotton swabs and shower caps. The floor will be wiped, there will be no sand under your feet. Towels for the beach, as before, are free, however, sunbeds and umbrellas too. WiFi is free on the beach and in the lobby. On the territory there is another building, in which economy class rooms, a passage to it through the pool area.
+905550055348, Pasha - direct contact for the purchase of good fur and leather products without intermediaries, which, of course, for the better, affects the price. Very sociable, charming, Russian-speaking guy. By the pool, from 11 am to 4 pm snacks, at 4 pm ice cream for EVERYONE, just like last year! At the reception there is a Russian-speaking girl Victoria and the hotel manager, who speaks Russian very cheerfully. We booked a standard room. We arrived at the hotel at the beginning of the eleventh morning and after registration, a room was immediately provided. Bearing in mind that it is vital for us to live in separate rooms, because snoring))))), I asked about the possibility of getting a two-room suite, which was provided to us at no extra charge! So we love Avena!
BUT! We, and those around us, simply hated the bunch of elderly Germans who gathered during the week. There is a complete feeling that they got out of some village (I don’t want to insult the village), and they didn’t fly from a civilized state... Yelling, they shout at each other through 2 tables in the restaurant, darkness... 5 minutes before the doors open to the restaurant, it is impossible to break through to them! Damn invaders stand like a wall, as soon as the doors open, they grab plates and rush to the veranda to take places - horror! On the beach they smoke, shit on the surrounding people and children. Complete shamelessness! While we, with other Russian speakers, standing at the door, discussed their behavior loudly enough, they did not stop yelling. Adults who disgrace their country, kapets!

And yes, people are queuing at the restaurant, not because there is a shortage of food, as some have written, but because they want to take a place in the open air, on the veranda, because. stuffy in the room. . .
