Further, the whole hotel is dirty, cleaning here is also not so hot. Constantly dirty toilets stuck in the lobby, toilet paper was also not seen. The tables are not wiped, everything is sticky in smudges from mugs. the cleaning in the room is also terrible. We had trash for 3 days. Were 6 days the garbage was taken away 1 time only. The staff is 50/50 someone is friendly, and someone asks you to pour beer not into a plastic glass, but into a glass, they put a plastic glass into you with a rocky evil grimace, if we were some kind of cattle, I would like it here.
We lived like in a hostel and ate like in a school cafeteria.
We arrived tired, very upset because we came to rest and enjoy the rest.
Settled in the room, there is the same story, hair and dust on the floor, stains and scale in the bathroom. I took a couple of photos and went down to the reception, showed the photo, the administrator called the cleaner and she went up to us. I pointed to those places where it is dirty, she began to wave her hands and they say she shows that it cannot be wiped off, I asked a rag to show what is possible, but she got out.
I asked her to wash the floor again, she washed it and there was a lot of dust and other people's hair.
A little about the Beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are paid. The beach is across the road 200 meters from the hotel. In order to get to the beach, you need to cross the roadway on which there are no pedestrian crossings and, as our tour operator told us, that Cars do not let people through, so you need to look around 100 times and wait for them all to pass. On the beach there are blocks on which it is difficult to enter the sea, in some places there was only a passage into the sea with normal pebbles. The water is dirty, glasses, napkins and other garbage floated, the last 2 days of rest, the water was clean
FROM THE PLUSES, the hotel is located in a party area, when you go out in any direction, go everywhere restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, in a word, fun.
But despite this, we will not go to this hotel again, that's for sure!
Rested with friends in this hotel! Not far from the center! Good location! The rooms are clean and tidy! A lot of different goodies)) I definitely gained a few kg! Before leaving, everyone with friends had already planned how we would spend time and decided to visit several excursions! after monitoring the reviews, we ventured to book excursions via the Internet with Pasha! And they didn't regret it one bit! We will remember the jeep safari forever, and rafting is an extravaganza of emotions! ) therefore, we recommend everyone to have only positive, positive, and unforgettable impressions about the rest! Excursions at Pasha's are the best vacation! )
Linen is changed every day, after leaving a tip, it seems that they even got better : )
Meals - buffet. We took half board, that is, breakfast and dinner. We didn't take lunch, as we went for a walk in the morning and returned to the hotel late in the evening. Breakfast is poor, that is, you can eat without problems, but there is little choice. Dinner is super, a huge choice, a lot of sweets, but it's a pity that you won't eat much in the evening, otherwise you will leave with +10 extra kg at the end of your vacation : )
The restaurant has good chefs (for my taste),
There is a swimming pool in the yard, unfortunately I can’t evaluate it, since we didn’t swim there.
I saw a tennis table, but unfortunately they did not use it.
There is supposedly a "gym" just for show, 2-3 simulators and those that make it easier to rent bikes or just walk along the beach.
Now about the most important. We were in Turkey / Alanya for the first time and did not know anything about local excursions / attractions at all. But how lucky we are that we met one man named Kamal.
How to find it. Opposite the entrance to the Artemis Hotel is a building. To the left of this building they sell fruit, and Kamal's "office" is also located there.
Kamal is a very friendly person, he speaks excellent Russian. He can tell you about all interesting places in Alanya and more. He sells excursions at a good discount, 100% you will not find excursions cheaper anywhere than with him. Also in the evenings you can order a hookah and enjoy a wonderful Turkish evening. In general, if you arrive at Artemis or nearby hotels and do not go to Kamal, then consider that you came in vain.
I can't wait until we come to Alanya again, take a walk along the romantic promenade along the coast. Let's get high from the wild trade on the street, go to the Waikiki store and stand in half-hour queues, cool off in the cool Migros supermarket, sunbathe on Cleopatra beach, climb in all the ancient caves, drink cold ayran with local doner, explore the old streets, go to the hammam, visit again the old fortress and most importantly, of course, we will go to the good old Kamal : )
Alanya is a super place, have a good rest!
The journey from the airport was about two hours. We stopped at some expensive market. We arrived at the hotel at 8 am. The girl at the reception, who absolutely did not understand Russian, smiling sweetly, seeing our faces tired from a night flight, said that there were no rooms. And will be only after 14.00. We were not ready for such sacrifices, and having taken out 20 American green money from our pocket, we quickly got a good room with a view of the pool (there are no rooms with a sea view). The rest of the rooms face the street!
The room is good, the furniture is new, only a small shower, but the water in it almost did not stagnate. The beds are comfortable but the linens are very worn. Terrible air conditioner. They came to repair it, but after that it began to flow even more. They cleaned the room every day. Towels were changed every other time. Tipping was left four times for 1 buck. But as we understand, they do not give any privileges. Pleased with the warm welcome of the hotel informants. Memet and Vitaly. These are really people who were ready to help on any issue. But the guys at the reception just clapped their eyes and smiled. There is no hotel area. It is a swimming pool with a small path and plants around it.
We went to the hammam at the hotel. Liked.
FOOD: normal. Breakfast: eggs (either scrambled eggs or fried eggs), pancakes, vegetables, cheese, sausages, fresh pastries (very tasty! ). Lunch and dinner are built on the principle of non-waste production. A lot of sweets, chicken meat, lamb, beef is always in a different form. Delicious. The food was really very satisfying. Various fruits. The water from the hotel's cooler stank of fish, so we bought 5 liters of water. After walking 200 meters from the hotel you can buy for $1.
BEACH: small pebbles. For 11 days of stay, the beach is the worst we have seen. Bought 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for $2 per day. Dirt, cigarette butts, garbage, always unwashed sunbeds, although on the neighboring beaches of other hotels, which we could visit for $ 5, they were cleaned very well. The bottom of the hotel's beach was pleasing compared to other beaches. There are almost no cobblestones, although we still swam in protective shoes. Many walked with plastered feet. On neighboring beaches, the bottom is terrible, it is generally impossible to swim normally. The sea is absolutely not for children. For several days there was a storm, it was impossible to enter the sea.
The sea is dirty. After lunch, women's pads, cotton buds, polyethylene, cigarette butts floated there, not to mention algae and sand that washed up from the bottom. But this is not the merit of the hotel.
The chairs are at arm's length from each other. The entire first row was always occupied with towels, which were laid out by two smiling beach workers. And when we asked why we couldn't lie there, we were told that it was for foreigners! Indeed, the Germans were in the front row. who received exceptional service.
After swimming in such a sea, we, like many people, got a rash.
ENTERTAINMENT: none. The hotel is very quiet. Not even music by the pool. Absolutely no animation. The only thing - 2 times a week in the evening came a local ensemble with dances. Saved by the fact that the hotel is located almost in Alanya. We went for a walk every evening. Many shopping arcades, 2 times a week - on Monday and Thursday the market came, although there were enough local shops without it.
In general, the rest left a good impression. This hotel is really worth the money spent and is good for a solid four.
