" Arrived in Antalya in the afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised that getting luggage and going through customs in just 30 minutes. We got out of the airport and it was raining. But they practically did not stand on the street, they immediately got on the bus. And as soon as all the fellow travelers gathered, they left in the direction of Alanya. We got to the hotel for almost 3 hours on a comfortable bus with a Russian guide, who talked about Turkey all the time of the trip. We made one stop - for the toilet and small purchases. Only our family went to Arabella. The bus dropped us off at the entrance and the driver took out our suitcases. The guide escorted us to the reception, wished us a pleasant stay and left. During the trip, the children were very tired. The first thing our son did when he entered the hotel was to climb on the sofa and say: "That's it, I want to go home. " The girl from the reception laughed and immediately issued us a room. We did not give her any gifts, we did not invest money in our passports, despite this, after 10 minutes we were already in the room. The Aabella hotel consists of two buildings: the old Arabella and the new one, we were settled in the new one. The hotel has three swimming pools: one of which is indoor (it is located in a hammam, two are open-air (one for children). building. Despite the fact that we bought a standard room for a family of 4 people (2 children), we were settled in a family-room. This is a two-story room: on the 1st there are two single and double beds, a wardrobe, two tables, an armchair, a TV, a refrigerator, a telephone and a safe; on the 2nd floor there is a double bed and a table. My daughter got the upper room. Everything is very neat and nice. There are two armchairs on the balcony. On TV there were Russian, Ukrainian, German , Turkish and Polish channels. Each room has its own air conditioner, which helped a lot in the heat.
The bathroom had a walk in shower with an acrylic bathtub and a glass door. There were two large and two small towels in the room. But they brought more the next day. In the end there were 4 large bath towels, 4 small ones and one instead of a rug in the foot bath. We checked in on a Wednesday and the sheets were changed on Friday. Cleaning was daily. Once we returned to the room during cleaning - a woman washed the floors in the room. Now about nutrition. Breakfast from 7.30 to 10.00 - you can always choose - porridge, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs (cooked immediately on order), muesli, stewed vegetables, a variety of pastries, fresh vegetables, various cheeses and jams, etc. And of course, soy sausages and sausages.
From 11.00 in the bar of the old building and in the Lobby-bar of the new building - a snack (hamburgers, fresh vegetables, french fries, ketchup and mayonnaise). Naturally, the children never missed. Moreover, you could take a hamburger and juice and return to the floor below to the pool. Lunch from 12.30 to 14.00 is always at least 4 types of hot dishes, there was always rice and stewed vegetables, and a lot of all sorts of snacks and sweets. Our children once staged a strike and refused to eat chicken and clung to pasta like wild ones (they were given 2 times during the entire vacation). From 15.00 in the bar of the old building and in the Lobby-bar tea and biscuits. We actually only hit it once. Came back from a tour and missed lunch. The cookies are baked in the hotel restaurant and are very good. Dinner from 19.00 to 21.00, always a lot of people. Each time at least two meat dishes (one of chicken), once there was fish (very bony). As the locals said, the meat is very expensive, with our money about 600 rubles. per kg of beef, so there is more often a bird on the table: chicken or turkey. From 10.00 to 23.00 you can take local alcohol: dry white or red wine, non-alcoholic beer, local vodka and gin. In the evening they are shamelessly diluted. On the third day of our stay, we were unpleasantly surprised when we arrived for dinner. About 40 people queue, they grab everything that they can get, pile it on the plates in a slide. In the end, two cooks came out and stood one at the meat dishes, and the other began to distribute the cake so that the people would not be wild. After that it became calmer. And for lunch and dinner they gave fruit apples and oranges, probably not the season for the rest. Although we went to the local market and bought strawberries ($2 per kg) and bananas ($4 per kg) there.

Now about rest. As already said, on the first day of our arrival it was raining, but by the evening it stopped and we decided to take a walk to the beach before dinner. Our children saw the sea for the first time and it is natural that our little one got into the water and soaked his pants and had to run to change clothes. The next day it was also raining and the whole family went to the hammam. The cost is $25 per person. But since the youngest is only 5 years old, we charge $75 / The receptionist offered various types of massages from $40 per visit. For information - every day in the hotel hammam the sauna is free of charge for 1 hour or from 16.00 or 17.00, then you can also splash in the pool there, but in the indoor pool the water is only 18 degrees. The next day we went on an excursion, and then immediately to the sea. Water is a miracle. Bathed every day. But since we have small children and they do not know how to swim, we always spent the first half of the day in the pool, and the second at sea. During the day it was very hot and always lay under umbrellas. By the way, it's very convenient. The beach is far from the hotel, you need to cross the road through the underpass, and go right along the road. This road is the access road to several hotels. The beach is only sand, not a single stone. The beach is short, sun beds are in 3 rows with umbrellas and 1 without them. There is another pile nearby, if someone doesn’t have enough, you go to the beach worker and he puts it where you want. Sunbeds, umbrellas, mattresses - free of charge. The beach worker begins to clean the mattresses from 17-30, taking mattresses from empty sunbeds. You can walk not only on your territory, the children and I walked to the left to LONICERA and to the right to the public beach. No one drove away, friendly people everywhere. In the bar on the beach you could drink water, UPI juice, and coffee, and only starting from 10-00. I advise you to carry a first aid kit with you. On the last day of rest, one young man injured his leg, and the beach worker did not have a first-aid kit. To the left of the beach there were water activities - a banana, a parachute, etc.
In the evening at 21.00, children's animation began, there were a lot of children, but animators forced adults to dance to children's songs. All employees treat children very well, they agree to work with them: to have fun, show tricks, play and disturb. From 21.30 to 11.00 adult animation, competitions were held for Mr. and Miss Arabella, once there was a fire show. By the end of the holiday, a rather close company of vacationers with children like us appeared. Together we went sunbathing, swam on the slides and in the sea, played table tennis. Moreover, on the territory of the new building there is a children's room (children are happy to work out in it, a gym (free of charge) and several shops. week, on Sundays to the left of the hotel, 300m, on Wednesdays to the right of the hotel, in the village of Avsallar. Good and relatively inexpensive children's things. On the street you can always buy fruits and souvenirs.
Of course, the rest was not without its drawbacks:
1) the first days it rained, and the next days it was very hot during the day, and in the evening from 18.00 you need to dress warmer;
2) the husband and children were burned and outbid, the younger one began to cough;
3) a small area near the hotel and far from the beach.
Well, from the pros: we had a rest with the whole family, found new interesting friends, saw and learned a lot of new things.
